【摘要】：近年來,國(guó)家教育考試突發(fā)事件呈現(xiàn)出發(fā)生率增高、突然性強(qiáng)、社會(huì)影響面大、處理難度加大等特點(diǎn),已成為教育考試管理中亟須解決的緊迫問題。在教育考試突發(fā)事件的處理中,應(yīng)遵循以人為本,保護(hù)考生權(quán)利,公平、公正、公開等原則。在處理方法上,應(yīng)迅速反應(yīng)、在第一時(shí)間處理;承擔(dān)責(zé)任,及時(shí)疏導(dǎo)情緒;信息公開,積極引導(dǎo)輿論;政策協(xié)同,保護(hù)考生權(quán)益。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the occurrence rate of the national educational examination unexpected events is increasing, the sudden occurrence is strong, the social influence is large, the handling difficulty is increasing, and so on, which has become the urgent problem that must be solved in the educational examination management. In dealing with educational examination emergencies, we should follow the principles of people-oriented, protection of examinee's right, fairness, justice, openness and so on. In dealing with the method, we should react quickly, deal with it in the first time; take the responsibility, relieve the emotion in time; open the information, guide the public opinion actively; coordinate the policy and protect the rights and interests of the examinee.
