課堂學習共同體中的“互動”研究

【摘要】: 本研究的課堂學習共同體是在“實踐共同體”的概念框架下建立起來的,闡釋了課堂學習共同體的概念,深入分析了課堂學習共同體的特征。重點從學習共同體的視角探討課堂互動產(chǎn)生的有效策略,因為互動是學習共同體中必備的要素,是一個很有研究意義的課題。 本文以蘇州電視大學預(yù)科部2005級電子商務(wù)班為個案進行研究,嘗試用學習共同體的教學理念對其英語課堂進行實踐教學。通過對課堂中的互動進行行動研究,得出以下幾個產(chǎn)生有效互動的策略:一、課堂目標的建構(gòu),包括普遍性目標與具體目標的建構(gòu);二、優(yōu)化小組結(jié)構(gòu);三、生生有效溝通技能的培養(yǎng);四、學習情境的創(chuàng)設(shè);五、課堂紀律管理的原則;六、建立良好的師生關(guān)系。 通過對學習共同體中有效互動策略的研究,能夠增強課堂教學中的人際交互,提升學習者參與交流的熱情,激發(fā)學習者的學習動機,對提高課堂教學質(zhì)量具有重要意義。
[Abstract]:The classroom learning community of this study is established under the framework of "practice community". It explains the concept of classroom learning community and deeply analyzes the characteristics of classroom learning community. This paper focuses on the effective strategies of classroom interaction from the perspective of learning community, because interaction is an essential element in learning community, and it is a research topic of great significance. This paper takes the 2005 E-commerce class of Suzhou TV University as a case study and tries to use the teaching concept of learning community to carry out practical teaching in the English classroom of Suzhou TV University. Through the action research on the interaction in class, the following strategies of effective interaction are obtained: first, the construction of classroom goal, including the construction of universal goal and concrete goal; second, optimizing the structure of group; third, Cultivation of students' effective communication skills; fourth, creation of learning situation; fifth, principles of classroom discipline management; sixth, establishment of a good teacher-student relationship. Through the study of effective interaction strategies in learning community, it can enhance the interpersonal interaction in classroom teaching, promote the enthusiasm of learners to participate in communication, stimulate learners' learning motivation, and play an important role in improving the quality of classroom teaching.
