【摘要】：隨著黨和國家對農(nóng)村教育的重視,越來越多的年輕人奔赴農(nóng)村教育第一線,如何讓這些剛剛蹯上工作崗位的青年教師盡快適應(yīng)農(nóng)村教育工作,繼而成為一名合格的人民教師,乃至一名優(yōu)秀的專家型教師,是目前農(nóng)村教育面臨的新問題。筆者結(jié)合30多年來在農(nóng)村教育一線所積累的實踐經(jīng)驗以及所做的相關(guān)調(diào)查研究,對農(nóng)村教育的現(xiàn)狀作了分析,并向已經(jīng)或即將成為農(nóng)村教師的年輕同仁們,提出了只要心靈開放就可以改變封閉環(huán)境的告誡。
[Abstract]:With the importance attached by the Party and the state to rural education, more and more young people have rushed to the front line of rural education. How to make these young teachers who have just taken up jobs adapt to the rural education work as soon as possible, and then become a qualified people's teacher. Even an excellent expert teacher is a new problem facing rural education. Based on the practical experience accumulated in rural education in the past 30 years and the related investigation and research, the author analyzes the present situation of rural education, and makes an analysis to the young colleagues who have become or will soon become rural teachers. Put forward as long as the mind open can change the closed environment.
