【摘要】：目的了解大學生心理韌性狀況。方法采用心理韌性量表對478名大學生進行問卷調查。結果大學男生和女生在堅韌維度上存在顯著差異,男生心理韌性得分低于女生;來自農村的大學生在堅韌和力量維度上的得分顯著高于來自城市的大學生;獨生子女和非獨生子女大學生在堅韌和樂觀兩個維度上存在顯著差異;在堅韌和樂觀維度上,不同年級大學生得分差異有顯著性。結論性別、年齡、城鄉(xiāng)和是否獨生子女是影響大學生心理韌性的因素。
[Abstract]:Objective to understand the mental resilience of college students. Methods 478 college students were investigated by using a mental resilience scale. The results showed that there were significant differences in the toughness of college boys and girls. The scores of male students' resilience were lower than those of girls, and the scores of college students from rural areas were significantly higher than those from the cities. Students, only children and non single child students have significant differences in two dimensions of toughness and optimism. In the dimensions of toughness and optimism, there are significant differences in the scores of students in different grades. Conclusion gender, age, urban and rural and only children are factors that affect the mental resilience of college students.
