【摘要】： 網絡高等教育是遠程教育的一種形式,也是高等教育在網絡時代的一種新的教育模式。從1998年開始到今天,我國網絡高等教育在創(chuàng)造巨大學習機會,促進經濟社會發(fā)展的同時,也暴露出越來越多的問題。本文在分析網絡高等教育存在問題的基礎上,認為網絡高等教育必須有科學、規(guī)范的管理,促進網絡高等教育健康發(fā)展。為此,筆者提出在網絡高等教育領域引入“三標一體”教育質量管理模型。 本論文主體針對網絡高等教育當前存在的諸多問題,建議在網絡高等教育領域引入“三標一體”教育質量管理模型。通過對網絡高等教育引入“三標一體”教育質量管理模型的必要性和可行性進行分析,認為“三標一體”教育質量管理模型是能夠引入到網絡高等教育領域的。同時從網絡高等教育“三標一體”教育質量管理模型的構建和對網絡高等教育領域運用“三標一體”教育質量管理模型進行了系統分析。從理論上和操作層面上基本闡明了網絡高等教育領域應該引入“三標一體”教育質量管理模型、運用該體系是必要性和可行性以及如何運用等問題,并用實際運用的例子證明其效果。
[Abstract]:Network higher education is not only a form of distance education, but also a new mode of higher education in the network age.From 1998 to today, China's network higher education has created enormous learning opportunities and promoted economic and social development, at the same time, it has also exposed more and more problems.On the basis of analyzing the existing problems of network higher education, this paper holds that network higher education must have scientific and standardized management to promote the healthy development of network higher education.Therefore, the author proposes to introduce the "three standards" educational quality management model in the field of network higher education.Aiming at the current problems of network higher education, this paper proposes to introduce the "three standards" educational quality management model in the field of network higher education.Based on the analysis of the necessity and feasibility of introducing the "three standards" educational quality management model into the network higher education, it is concluded that the "three standards integrated" educational quality management model can be introduced into the field of network higher education.At the same time, this paper makes a systematic analysis on the construction of the educational quality management model of "three standards" in network higher education and the application of the "three standards" educational quality management model in the field of network higher education.Theoretically and operationally, this paper expounds that the "three standards" educational quality management model should be introduced in the field of network higher education. It is necessary and feasible to apply the system and how to use it.An example of practical application is used to prove its effectiveness.
