【摘要】： 隨著知識(shí)經(jīng)濟(jì)的興起,人力資本已成為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展最基本的和最重要的投入要素,為經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展提供高素質(zhì)人才的教育因此與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展之間的關(guān)系愈加密切。 長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)包括上海、南京、蘇州、無(wú)錫、鎮(zhèn)江、南通、常州、揚(yáng)州、泰州、杭州、寧波、紹興、嘉興、湖州、臺(tái)州、舟山等16城市。由于經(jīng)濟(jì)高速穩(wěn)健發(fā)展,長(zhǎng)三角地區(qū)已成為我國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)最發(fā)達(dá)、最活躍、最具國(guó)際競(jìng)爭(zhēng)力的地區(qū)之一,成為拉動(dòng)全國(guó)經(jīng)濟(jì)增長(zhǎng)的重要貢獻(xiàn)地區(qū)。教育的發(fā)展不可置疑地要以經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平為基礎(chǔ),但作為一個(gè)人口眾多,地域?qū)拸V的發(fā)展中國(guó)家,中國(guó)各地域的經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展水平極為不平衡,與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展緊密相關(guān)的教育發(fā)展是否也會(huì)呈現(xiàn)出不平衡發(fā)展趨勢(shì),亦或是已經(jīng)出現(xiàn)了區(qū)域性的差異。 本論文從時(shí)間序列及空間特征兩個(gè)角度對(duì)2001年至2005年長(zhǎng)三角16個(gè)城市教育的發(fā)展差異進(jìn)行統(tǒng)計(jì)描述。在統(tǒng)計(jì)描述的基礎(chǔ)上,應(yīng)用回歸方法對(duì)長(zhǎng)三角城市教育發(fā)展與經(jīng)濟(jì)發(fā)展和人民生活之間的關(guān)系進(jìn)行了實(shí)證分析。論文的最后,針對(duì)具體的區(qū)域發(fā)展差異情況,從理論上分析了差異發(fā)展的積極和消極方面,并探尋解決教育發(fā)展地域性差異的有效途徑。
[Abstract]:With the rise of knowledge economy, human capital has become the most basic and important input elements of economic development. Therefore, the relationship between the education of high-quality talents for economic development and economic development is becoming more and more close. The Yangtze River Delta region includes Shanghai, Nanjing, Suzhou, Wuxi, Zhenjiang, Nantong, Changzhou, Yangzhou, Taizhou, Hangzhou, Ningbo, Shaoxing, Jiaxing, Huzhou, Taizhou, Zhoushan and other 16 cities. The Yangtze River Delta region has become one of the most developed, active and internationally competitive regions in China, and has become an important contributor to the economic growth of the whole country. The development of education must undoubtedly be based on the level of economic development. However, as a developing country with a large population and a wide geographical area, the level of economic development in various regions of China is extremely uneven. Will the development of education, which is closely related to economic development, also show an unbalanced development trend? Or regional differences have already emerged. From the angle of time series and spatial characteristics, this paper makes a statistical description of the differences in the development of education in 16 cities in the Yangtze River Delta from 2001 to 2005. On the basis of the statistical description, The relationship between urban education development, economic development and people's life in Yangtze River Delta is analyzed by using regression method. This paper theoretically analyzes the positive and negative aspects of the development of differences and explores the effective ways to solve the regional differences in the development of education.
