【摘要】： 學(xué)校德育制度是指學(xué)校對德育主體實施德育過程而制定的有關(guān)德育活動的規(guī)范體系。它對學(xué)校德育的順利實施起著保障和規(guī)范的重要作用。學(xué)校德育制度的目的是要通過建立各種德育的制度來培養(yǎng)道德的人,充分發(fā)揮制度的教化作用,使教育者和受教育者在做出道德行為的同時形成道德的習(xí)慣,促進個體道德品質(zhì)的形成和發(fā)展,用制度的剛性來保障道德教育的實施。世界各國為了德育的順利進行,都有過各種德育制度的嘗試,這些寶貴的經(jīng)驗可供我們學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。 我國的學(xué)校德育制度已經(jīng)有了長足的發(fā)展,在實施過程中也取得了很大成效。德育制度的建設(shè)已經(jīng)得到了教育部門、學(xué)校的普遍重視。由于任何一種制度都是在一定時期內(nèi)為了一定的德育目的而制定的,制度本身也有缺陷,所以制度也有不符合當(dāng)前教育發(fā)展的情況,必須進行適當(dāng)?shù)母母铩?當(dāng)前我國中小學(xué)學(xué)校德育制度在制定和執(zhí)行的過程中產(chǎn)生了一些問題,影響了德育效果。德育制度的制定偏重社會需要,政治色彩濃厚,而制定過程中又不夠民主,師生參與不足,這樣就使得德育制度的制定不能符合現(xiàn)在學(xué)校德育發(fā)展的要求和需要,多數(shù)學(xué)校德育制度沒有體現(xiàn)出學(xué)生的個性發(fā)展,已經(jīng)跟不上新時期教育發(fā)展的節(jié)拍。而且在德育制度的執(zhí)行過程中,由于學(xué)校德育制度本身的價值缺陷、目標設(shè)置不合理、德育教師隊伍素質(zhì)不過硬等問題的存在,進而產(chǎn)生了德育制度執(zhí)行過程中產(chǎn)生的宣講表面化、理解教條化、轉(zhuǎn)換機械化、行動殘缺化。 學(xué)校德育制度體系的建設(shè)還有待完善,學(xué)校德育制度制定要全面、合理、民主、成體系,學(xué)校德育制度實施要講究實效性、靈活性和生活性。同時學(xué)校德育制度也需要不斷地改善德育實施環(huán)境,提高德育教師隊伍的素質(zhì)等。完善的德育制度體系是我國和諧社會道德建設(shè)的有力保障,我國中小學(xué)德育制度的建設(shè)必然會朝著以人為本的方向發(fā)展,應(yīng)兼顧發(fā)展性、體現(xiàn)生活性,并且要與時俱進,不斷發(fā)展才能適應(yīng)學(xué)校發(fā)展需要。 學(xué)校德育制度的研究目前已經(jīng)有不少,但在實踐中如何建設(shè)和改進德育制度以適應(yīng)學(xué)校德育的順利進行還需要教育工作者不斷地嘗試和研究。德育工作任重而道遠,學(xué)校德育制度的研究還要繼續(xù)深化。
[Abstract]:School moral education system refers to the normative system of moral education activities formulated by schools in the process of implementing moral education. It plays an important role in ensuring and standardizing the smooth implementation of school moral education. The purpose of school moral education system is to ensure the smooth implementation of school moral education. It is to cultivate moral people through the establishment of various systems of moral education. Give full play to the educational function of the system, make the educator and the educatee form the moral habit while making the moral behavior, and promote the formation and development of the individual moral quality, In order to carry out moral education smoothly, every country in the world has tried all kinds of moral education system, and these valuable experiences can be used for reference by us. The school moral education system in our country has made great progress and has made great achievements in the process of implementation. The construction of moral education system has been obtained by the education department. Because any system is formulated for a certain purpose of moral education in a certain period of time, and the system itself has its own defects, so the system also does not conform to the current situation of educational development, so it is necessary to carry out appropriate reform. At present, there are some problems in the process of making and implementing moral education system in primary and middle schools in our country, which affect the effect of moral education. The establishment of moral education system emphasizes the needs of the society and has a strong political color, but it is not democratic enough in the process of making it. The lack of participation of teachers and students makes the establishment of the moral education system unable to meet the requirements and needs of the development of moral education in schools. Most of the school moral education systems do not reflect the individual development of students. It has been unable to keep pace with the development of education in the new period. Moreover, in the implementation of the moral education system, due to the value defects of the school moral education system itself, the unreasonable setting of the goal, the poor quality of the moral education teachers, and so on, Then the moral education system in the implementation of the process of propaganda surface, understanding dogmatism, conversion mechanization, action incomplete. The establishment of school moral education system should be comprehensive, reasonable, democratic and systematic, and the implementation of school moral education system should pay attention to actual effect. At the same time, the school moral education system also needs to continuously improve the implementation environment of moral education, improve the quality of moral education teachers, etc. The perfect moral education system system is a strong guarantee for the moral construction of a harmonious society in our country. The construction of moral education system in primary and secondary schools in our country will inevitably develop in the direction of people-oriented, which should take into account the developmental nature, embody the living life, and keep pace with the times and keep developing in order to adapt to the needs of the development of the school. There are many researches on the school moral education system, but in practice, how to build and improve the moral education system to adapt to the smooth progress of school moral education still needs educators to try and study constantly. Moral education work is a long way to go. The study of school moral education system should be deepened.
