【摘要】： 新一輪課程改革對(duì)傳統(tǒng)的學(xué)校文化提出了挑戰(zhàn)，要順利實(shí)施新課程改革，必須對(duì)學(xué)校文化進(jìn)行重建，而學(xué)校文化中最有活力和最具主體意義的是教師文化。研究教師文化是我們理解學(xué)校教育的前提，，也是教師發(fā)展和包括課程在內(nèi)的教育革新的前提。基礎(chǔ)教育的根本使命是培養(yǎng)人，為人的未來發(fā)展打基礎(chǔ)。而人是文化的人，任何人的成長都在一定的文化中進(jìn)行，并且必須依靠文化的作用。同樣，教師文化對(duì)學(xué)校內(nèi)人的發(fā)展及學(xué)校本身的發(fā)展也具有不可忽視的作用。本文圍繞教師的教師觀、學(xué)生觀、領(lǐng)導(dǎo)觀以及家長觀這條線索來探討教師文化，把教師的人際關(guān)系提升到文化的高度，首先指出了教師文化的概念以及重建教師文化的積極意義；其次簡(jiǎn)單分析我國目前傳統(tǒng)教師文化存在的主要問題；最后重點(diǎn)介紹重建教師文化的若干思路。
[Abstract]:The new round of curriculum reform has challenged the traditional school culture. In order to implement the new curriculum reform smoothly, it is necessary to rebuild the school culture. In the school culture, the most dynamic and the most significant is the teacher culture. The study of teacher culture is the premise of our understanding of school education. It is also the premise of teacher development and educational innovation including curriculum. The fundamental mission of basic education is to train people and lay the foundation for their future development. Anyone's growth takes place in a certain culture and must depend on the role of culture. The teacher culture also plays an important role in the development of people in school and the development of the school itself. This paper discusses the teacher culture around the clue of teacher view, student view, leadership view and parent view. First of all, it points out the concept of teacher culture and the positive significance of rebuilding teacher culture. Secondly, it simply analyzes the main problems existing in the traditional teacher culture of our country at present; At last, some ideas of rebuilding teacher culture are introduced.
