【摘要】：對外漢語教師應具備何種專業(yè)素質(zhì)?這一問題近年來在中美兩國的漢語教學界都引起了關(guān)注。本文從師資培養(yǎng)的角度對這一問題進行分析,主要描述了美國大學兩種主要師資培養(yǎng)模式,即師資教育與師資培訓的現(xiàn)狀,并且分析了這兩種模式下各種培養(yǎng)方式的長處與短處。鑒于此分析,筆者對中國的對外漢語師資培養(yǎng)部門提出了三點建議擴大受訓教師的知識面、加強實際教學技能的訓練以及在基礎(chǔ)研究方面注重對專家教師課堂教學實踐的理論性研究。
[Abstract]:What professional qualities should teachers of Chinese as a foreign language possess? This problem has attracted much attention in Chinese teaching in China and America in recent years. This paper analyzes this problem from the angle of teacher training, mainly describes the current situation of teacher education and teacher training in American universities. And analyzed the advantages and disadvantages of various cultivation methods under these two models. In view of this analysis, the author puts forward three suggestions to the Chinese teacher training department for TCFL to expand the scope of knowledge of the trained teachers. Strengthen the training of practical teaching skills and pay attention to the theoretical research on the classroom teaching practice of expert teachers in the aspect of basic research.
