對云南高校高級階段留學(xué)生普洱茶特色文化教學(xué)現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查及教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)建議

【摘要】：茶文化是中國文化課程中不可或缺的一部分,而云南普洱茶文化則是其中的地域特色文化,既有茶文化的共性,也有其自身的特性。普洱茶特色文化既包含知識的基礎(chǔ)性、生活的實(shí)用性和文化的廣闊性,又包含獨(dú)特的特色性和趣味性。本文以在對外漢語文化教學(xué)總體一致的情況下體現(xiàn)地域特色為指導(dǎo)思想,以普洱茶特色文化為研究的主線,以高級階段留學(xué)生為研究的對象,依據(jù)《國際漢語教學(xué)通用課程大綱》及高級階段留學(xué)生文化選修課設(shè)置情況,針對三所高校調(diào)查問卷情況,結(jié)合學(xué)生日常生活實(shí)踐需求,探討在對外漢語文化教學(xué)中體現(xiàn)地域特色,普洱茶特色文化作為文化課程中茶文化部分補(bǔ)充內(nèi)容的可行性,并為普洱茶特色文化教學(xué)設(shè)計(jì)提供具體建議。在對外漢語文化教學(xué)下以普洱茶特色文化為個(gè)例的研究具有特殊的意義。意義在于首先是作為中國文化課程中茶文化部分教學(xué)內(nèi)容的補(bǔ)充,進(jìn)一步完善對外漢語茶文化教學(xué)的研究;其次不同地方特色文化不同,以“普洱茶特色文化”為代表,希望能為各地區(qū)各地方的對外漢語文化教學(xué)融入地域特色的研究起到一個(gè)借鑒和參考的作用。最后,為普洱茶特色文化賦予文化和價(jià)值,傳播特色文化,拓寬傳統(tǒng)文化的國際傳播途徑,弘揚(yáng)和保護(hù)地域特色文化。
[Abstract]:Tea culture is an indispensable part of Chinese culture curriculum, and Yunnan Pu'er tea culture is the regional characteristic culture, which has its own characteristics as well as the commonness of tea culture. The characteristic culture of Pu'er tea includes not only the foundation of knowledge, the practicability of life and the breadth of culture, but also the unique characteristic and interest. In this paper, the guiding ideology is to embody the regional characteristics under the general consistent teaching of Chinese as a foreign language, the main line of the study is the characteristic culture of Pu'er tea, and the object of the study is the foreign students at the advanced stage. According to the General Curriculum of International Chinese Teaching and the setting of cultural elective courses for foreign students at advanced stage, according to the questionnaire of three colleges and universities, combined with the needs of students' daily life practice, This paper probes into the feasibility of embodying the regional characteristics in the teaching of Chinese culture as a foreign language, and the feasibility of the characteristic culture of Pu'er tea as the supplementary content of the tea culture part in the cultural curriculum, and provides concrete suggestions for the teaching design of the unique culture of Pu'er tea. It is of special significance to study the characteristic culture of Pu'er tea in teaching Chinese as a foreign language. The significance lies in: firstly, as the supplement of the tea culture teaching content in the Chinese culture course, the further improvement of the research on the Chinese tea culture teaching as a foreign language; Secondly, different local characteristic culture, with "Pu'er tea characteristic culture" as the representative, hope to play a reference and reference role for the study of the integration of local Chinese culture teaching into the regional characteristics. Finally, it gives culture and value to Pu'er tea characteristic culture, spreads characteristic culture, broadens the international communication way of traditional culture, and promotes and protects regional characteristic culture.
