【摘要】：民族英語教師正確的身份建構(gòu)可以使其在教育過程中明確自身的角色需求,擺正自身的位置,推進民族英語教育目標完成。多元文化環(huán)境下,民族英語教師除了英語教育的職能外,還需建構(gòu)民族文化傳承主導者、多元文化溝通者、多元文化實踐者、多元文化意識塑造者等身份與角色。
[Abstract]:The correct identity construction of ethnic English teachers can make them clear their own role needs in the process of education, correct their own position, and promote the completion of national English education goals. In the multicultural environment, in addition to the function of English education, ethnic English teachers also need to construct the identity and role of national cultural heritage leader, multicultural communicator, multicultural practitioner, multicultural consciousness sculptor and so on.
