面向成人教育的校際聯(lián)盟學分銀行模型的研究與設計

【摘要】:近年來,以各種移動終端為載體的非正式學習的大量普及,“互聯(lián)網(wǎng)教育”、“mooc”、“移動學習”等新的學習名詞漸漸走進我們的生活。人們對終身教育、終身學習有了更深刻、更“自我”的理解和更迫切的需要。當今世界各國借助構建“學分銀行制度”的過程逐步向終身教育體系和學習型社會邁進。建立學分互認體系,有利于促進學歷教育與非學歷教育的融合,有利于對學習者的非正式學習成果進行認定,有利于促進不同來源學習成果的互認與轉換,對我國教育體制的改革和創(chuàng)新發(fā)展具有深刻意義。我國學分銀行的研究和實踐較晚且處于探索階段,目前形成了以各省市的開發(fā)大學和廣播電視大學為主要科研力量來探索國家級,區(qū)域級學分銀行的構建。其他開展成人教育的院校和機構也紛紛開始探索區(qū)域聯(lián)盟之間以及本校級學分銀行制度。研究成果主要集中在理論層面的國外學分銀行的翻譯與啟示以及我國各種級別“學分銀行”的構想上,從實踐操作角度上對學分認定標準和學習成果轉換路徑的研究相對甚少。本研究選取學分認定標準與面向成人教育的校際聯(lián)盟學分銀行模型這個角度作系統(tǒng)研究,探討非學歷教育中的證書成果與學歷教育課程的轉換過程。在對學分互認理論基礎探討的基礎上,本文主要完成了以下工作:(1)梳理總結國外學分認定和轉換的做法;(2)總結歸納三種主要的學分認定標準體系以及兩種學習成果轉換路徑;(3)嘗試建立面向成人教育的校際聯(lián)盟模式的學分認定標準體系,并對一些特殊情況做了探討;(4)以北京郵電大學網(wǎng)絡教育學院為例,構建面向成人教育的校際聯(lián)盟模式的學分銀行模型,并在此模型的指導下做了實例驗證。本文提出的面向成人教育的校際聯(lián)盟學分銀行模型,在一定程度上對我院學分銀行的構建提供了理論和實踐基礎,也為后續(xù)研究者構建學分銀行標準體系和實踐操作提供一定的參考和指導,尤其為當前普通成人教育機構從實踐操作層面構建學分銀行模型提供一種思路。
[Abstract]:In recent years, with the popularization of informal learning based on various mobile terminals, "Internet education", "mooc", "mobile learning" and other new learning nouns have gradually entered our lives. People have a deeper, more "self" understanding and more urgent need for lifelong education and lifelong learning. Nowadays, with the help of the process of constructing credit banking system, countries all over the world are moving forward to lifelong education system and learning society step by step. The establishment of credit mutual recognition system is conducive to promoting the integration of academic and non-academic education, to the identification of learners' informal learning results, and to the mutual recognition and transformation of learning results from different sources. It is of great significance to the reform and innovation and development of China's education system. The research and practice of credit banks in China is relatively late and in the exploratory stage. At present, the development universities and radio and television universities in various provinces and cities have been formed as the main scientific research forces to explore the construction of national and regional credit banks. Other institutions and institutions that carry out adult education have also begun to explore the credit banking system among regional coalitions and at the school level. The research results mainly focus on the translation and enlightenment of foreign credit banks at the theoretical level and the conception of "credit banks" at various levels in China. From the point of view of practical operation, there are relatively few studies on the criteria of credit identification and the transformation path of learning results. This study selects the credit recognition standard and the credit bank model of inter-school alliance for adult education to make a systematic study to explore the transformation process of certificate results and academic education courses in non-academic education. On the basis of discussing the theoretical basis of credit mutual recognition, this paper mainly completes the following work: (1) combing and summarizing the methods of credit recognition and conversion in foreign countries; (2) summarize three main credit identification standard systems and two kinds of learning achievement conversion paths; (3) try to establish the credit identification standard system of the inter-school alliance model for adult education, and discuss some special situations; (4) taking the School of Network Education of Beijing University of posts and Telecommunications as an example, the credit bank model of inter-school alliance model for adult education is constructed and verified by an example under the guidance of this model. The credit bank model of inter-school alliance for adult education proposed in this paper provides a theoretical and practical basis for the construction of credit bank in our college to a certain extent. It also provides some reference and guidance for the subsequent researchers to construct the credit bank standard system and practical operation, especially for the current general adult education institutions to construct the credit bank model from the practical operation level.
