【摘要】：高校成人教育和地方文化均屬于社會(huì)文化中的一部分,二者具有密不可分的關(guān)系,其共生共榮的關(guān)系對(duì)校地文化的互動(dòng)具有非常重要的推動(dòng)作用。社會(huì)發(fā)展到今天,我國(guó)的文化事業(yè)已經(jīng)得到全面發(fā)展,也包括地方文化。從這個(gè)發(fā)展過(guò)程來(lái)看,地方高校成人教育對(duì)地方文化的發(fā)展提供了全方位的幫助,也使地方高校學(xué)生獲得知識(shí)的渠道得到全面的豐富以及提高,從而呈現(xiàn)出二者的相互依存關(guān)系,現(xiàn)對(duì)此互動(dòng)關(guān)系做全面的分析,從而實(shí)現(xiàn)地方高校成人教育的人才培養(yǎng)與地方文化發(fā)展相互增進(jìn)的作用。
[Abstract]:Adult education and local culture in colleges and universities belong to a part of social culture, and they are closely related, and their symbiotic and co-prosperity plays a very important role in promoting the interaction of school culture. With the development of society, the cultural cause of our country has been developed in an all-round way, including local culture. From this point of view, adult education in local colleges and universities provides all-round help to the development of local culture, and also enriches and improves the channels for students to obtain knowledge in local colleges and universities. In order to show the interdependence of the two, this paper makes a comprehensive analysis of this interactive relationship, so as to realize the mutual enhancement between the talent training and the development of local culture in adult education in local colleges and universities.
