【摘要】：歷經(jīng)百年發(fā)展歷程的白俄羅斯特殊教育已形成融蘇聯(lián)模式與西方先進(jìn)教育理念為一體的獨(dú)特發(fā)展軌跡,具有管理體系科學(xué)、社會(huì)參與程度高、覆蓋面廣、師資培養(yǎng)理念獨(dú)特等特點(diǎn),對(duì)我國(guó)西部地區(qū)特殊教育發(fā)展提供以下啟示:社會(huì)輿論宣傳及全社會(huì)的積極參與是特殊教育發(fā)展的前提;專業(yè)思想穩(wěn)固的高素質(zhì)專業(yè)師資培養(yǎng)是特殊教育發(fā)展的保障;矯正發(fā)展教學(xué)與康復(fù)中心是特殊教育的有效組織形式。
[Abstract]:After a hundred years of development, special education in Belarus has formed a unique development track that integrates the Soviet model with the advanced western educational concepts, and has a scientific management system, a high degree of social participation and a wide coverage. The unique idea of teacher training provides the following enlightenment for the development of special education in the western region of China: the propaganda of public opinion and the active participation of the whole society are the premise of the development of special education; The cultivation of high quality teachers with firm professional thoughts is the guarantee of the development of special education, and the center of correction and development of teaching and rehabilitation is an effective organization form of special education.
