【摘要】：近年來,隨著我國經(jīng)濟步入新常態(tài),增長速度減緩,農(nóng)村剩余勞動力轉(zhuǎn)移的結(jié)構(gòu)性矛盾日益突出,文章就此問題對河南省A市展開了實證分析,結(jié)果表明學員對轉(zhuǎn)移培訓的滿意度整體偏低,轉(zhuǎn)移培訓存在針對性不強、體系不完善、學院參與熱情低和評估機制缺失等問題,從市場需求出發(fā),提出了改進策略:理順體制,保障培訓高效開展;針對需求,積極優(yōu)化培訓體系;改善條件,激發(fā)培訓學員熱情;統(tǒng)籌兼顧,完善培訓評估機制。
[Abstract]:In recent years, as China's economy enters the new normal, the growth rate slows down, the structural contradiction of rural surplus labor force transfer becomes more and more prominent. The result shows that the students' satisfaction with the transfer training is on the whole low, the transfer training is not targeted, the system is not perfect, the college participation enthusiasm is low and the evaluation mechanism is missing, and so on. According to the market demand, the paper puts forward the improvement strategy: straightening out the system, Ensure the efficient development of training; According to the demand, optimize the training system actively; improve the conditions, stimulate the enthusiasm of the trainees; overall consideration, improve the training evaluation mechanism.
