【摘要】：隨著我國教育改革的不斷深入,教師們開始關(guān)注每個學生的個體發(fā)展和提高。隨著城鎮(zhèn)化進程的加快,城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的高中英語教學成為英語教師面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。由于城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部地理位置的獨特,既得利于經(jīng)濟政策的扶持,而且受學校擴招的影響。但由于部分城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部居民受到知識無用論的影響,因此他們的文化素質(zhì)較低；而城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部高中的大部分的學生來自外來務(wù)工家庭,學生的學習方向、學習目標和學習興趣不明確。城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部地區(qū)的教育是我國教育事業(yè)的重要環(huán)節(jié),我國城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部高中及其教師專業(yè)的發(fā)展問題不僅關(guān)系到我國城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部地區(qū)教育事業(yè)的發(fā)展,而且關(guān)系到我國整個教育事業(yè)的前景。因此,致力于分析該地區(qū)教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的現(xiàn)狀及其原因并探索出促進城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部中學英語教師教學策略發(fā)展的方法尤其重要,有利于促進城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部高中英語教師的教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,促進我國整體教育水平的提高。正是基于教師專業(yè)發(fā)展這一背景,論文主要依據(jù)教學策略定義及要求,通過梳理了國內(nèi)外對于城鎮(zhèn)化背景下高中英語教師的教學策略的研究現(xiàn)狀,以及以柳州的五所具有城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部特征的高中為研究對象分發(fā)了87份調(diào)查問卷(有效問卷79份),分別為：柳州市九中,柳州市四十中,柳州市民族高中,柳州市新世紀中學和柳江中學；通過數(shù)據(jù)分析了解了該類型的高中英語教學現(xiàn)狀合問題。通過SPSS對調(diào)查問卷的結(jié)果顯示(1)城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的高中英語教師課前準備不足；教師對教學課程要求及先進教學理念的理解不到1位。(2)城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部高中英語教師課中的教學技能較弱,教師自身的學歷水平也會影響其的教學水平。(3)城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部高中英語教師較為重視課后評價,但城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部中學給予教師的系統(tǒng)評價較少。最后后通過數(shù)據(jù)分析整理提出了對城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部高中的啟示(1)制定清晰的教學管理措施；(2)建立科學的教師評定系統(tǒng);(3)舉辦學術(shù)研討會;(4)實行校本研究；(5)提高教師對教師專業(yè)化發(fā)展的意識。針對城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的高中英語教師的建議：(1)定期自我反饋；(2)通過教學實踐提高教學策略；(3)加強合作學習；(4)加強與學生及家長的合作；(5)優(yōu)化教學步驟；(6)加強教學過程的相互作用。
