基于SEC模式的高中物理學(xué)業(yè)水平考試與課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)的一致性分析

【摘要】:本文借鑒和改造美國(guó)SEC(Surveys of Enacted Curriculum)一致性分析框架,在新課改推行十余年以及高考改革試行的兩大背景下,以七省八份高中物理學(xué)業(yè)水平試卷與高中物理課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)為研究對(duì)象,分析和檢驗(yàn)二者的一致性。在本土化方法的改造方面,加入“超標(biāo)”這一維度,改進(jìn)SEC一致性分析方法缺乏各要素之間學(xué)習(xí)目標(biāo)的直接匹配,無(wú)法提供一致性細(xì)節(jié)信息的不足。通過對(duì)二者的一致性分析,結(jié)果表明:各省試卷與課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)一致性程度整體偏低,其中河北省試卷一致性系數(shù)最低(0.4000),江蘇省試卷一致性系數(shù)最高(0.5778)接近臨界參考值(0.7079)。在內(nèi)容主題上,除個(gè)別省份外,整體上偏重對(duì)“運(yùn)動(dòng)描述”“拋體和圓周運(yùn)動(dòng)”的考查;降低了對(duì)“經(jīng)典力學(xué)的成就和局限”“家用電器與日常生活”“電磁波與信息技術(shù)”“電路”的考查,而這幾個(gè)主題與科技、社會(huì)、生活緊密相連,這與新課改強(qiáng)調(diào)重視滲透STS教育理念不一致。在認(rèn)知水平上,盡管各省試卷普遍降低了對(duì)“了解”的考查力度,提高了對(duì)“理解”的考查力度,但并未進(jìn)一步拔高對(duì)“應(yīng)用”的考查力度,各省試卷都關(guān)注了對(duì)“實(shí)驗(yàn)/探究”的考查。課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在學(xué)習(xí)水平和行為動(dòng)詞的表述上存在若干問題需要進(jìn)一步完善,在學(xué)生實(shí)驗(yàn)方面表述不夠清晰,需要進(jìn)一步明確。課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)在指導(dǎo)教材編寫、考試命題等方面的貫徹力度不夠,導(dǎo)致產(chǎn)生了課標(biāo)規(guī)定為“了解”考試考查為“理解”以及課標(biāo)未明確規(guī)定而教材出現(xiàn)了相應(yīng)知識(shí)點(diǎn),考試卻考到等“超標(biāo)”現(xiàn)象。少數(shù)省份在試卷編寫方面,必做部分與選做部分區(qū)分不夠明確,出現(xiàn)混雜現(xiàn)象,選做部分之間也互有交叉,與課標(biāo)對(duì)相關(guān)知識(shí)點(diǎn)的表述出入較大。
[Abstract]:This paper draws lessons from and transforms the American SEC (Surveys of Enacted Curriculum) consistency analysis frame, under the new curriculum reform carries out for more than ten years and the college entrance examination reform trial two big background, This paper analyzes and tests the consistency of eight senior high school physics academic level papers and high school physics curriculum standards in seven provinces. In the aspect of the transformation of the localization method, adding the dimension of "exceeding the standard", improving the SEC consistency analysis method lacks the direct matching of the learning objectives among the elements, and can not provide the detailed information of consistency. Through the analysis of the consistency between the two, the results show that the degree of consistency between the examination papers and the curriculum standards in each province is on the low side, and the consistency coefficient of the test papers in Hebei Province is the lowest (0.4000). The test paper consistency coefficient of Jiangsu Province is the highest (0.5778) close to the critical reference value (0.7079). In the content theme, apart from individual provinces, the overall emphasis on the "description of the motion" and "the circumference of the body and motion" examination; The examination of "achievements and limitations of classical mechanics", "Home appliances and daily life," electromagnetic wave and information technology, "circuits," and these themes are closely related to science, technology, society, and life, This is inconsistent with the new curriculum reform, which emphasizes the importance of infiltrating the STS educational concept. In terms of cognitive level, although the examination of "understanding" was generally reduced and the intensity of examination of "understanding" was increased, the examination of "application" was not further enhanced. The examination papers in each province are concerned with the examination of "experiment / inquiry". There are some problems in the expression of learning level and behavioral verbs in the curriculum standard, which need to be further improved, but not clear enough in the students' experiments, and need to be further clarified. The implementation of the curriculum standard in guiding the compilation of teaching materials and examination questions is not enough, which leads to the emergence of corresponding knowledge points in the teaching materials, which are stipulated in the curriculum standard as "understanding" and that the examination is "understanding" and the curriculum standard is not clearly stipulated. Examination but wait for "exceed the standard" phenomenon. In a few provinces, the distinction between the necessary part and the selection part is not clear enough, there is a mixed phenomenon, and there is also a cross between the selected part and the part, which is different from the description of the relevant knowledge points in the curriculum standard.
