M中學(xué)班級管理中批評教育問題研究

【摘要】:社會(huì)在發(fā)展,時(shí)代在進(jìn)步,學(xué)生情況在變化。同時(shí),在新課程改革的浪潮下,“賞識教育”、“成功教育”、“快樂教育”等新興的教育理念空前高漲,似乎批評教育就跟不上教育形勢,與大環(huán)境背道而馳。然而,中學(xué)生處于人生的重要成長時(shí)期,身心發(fā)展還不夠成熟,自控能力差,錯(cuò)誤難免發(fā)生,對犯錯(cuò)誤的學(xué)生進(jìn)行批評教育,有效的防止過錯(cuò)的再次發(fā)生,是每一位教師義不容辭的責(zé)任和義務(wù)。缺乏必要的批評的教育必然會(huì)造成學(xué)生不平衡的心理發(fā)展,學(xué)生心理承受力與耐挫力下降,抗壓能力減弱。但是在批評教育的實(shí)踐中,廣大教師應(yīng)該綜合考慮各種因素,采取合理的批評教育措施,才能達(dá)到理想的效果。本文首先闡述了班級管理中批評教育存在的問題:教師不善、不愿、不敢進(jìn)行批評教育。然后闡明原因,包括缺乏培訓(xùn)與學(xué)習(xí),教師不善批評教育;社會(huì)輿論壓力下,教師不敢批評教育;教育行政壓力下,教師不愿批評教育。其次,對班級管理中實(shí)施批評教育的原則進(jìn)行分析、總結(jié),提出公正性、尊重性、及時(shí)性、針對性、一致性、根本性等原則。再次,對班級管理中有效實(shí)施批評教育提出幾點(diǎn)改進(jìn)建議,比如引導(dǎo)正確社會(huì)輿論導(dǎo)向、提高教師的職業(yè)素養(yǎng)、批評教育主體互相配合、構(gòu)建多渠道的交流平臺(tái)、班級管理要勇于創(chuàng)新。最后,得出文章的結(jié)論,批評教育是必要的,但是要合理并恰當(dāng)?shù)倪\(yùn)用才能夠達(dá)到預(yù)期的教育目的。
[Abstract]:The society is developing, the times are progressing, and the situation of students is changing. At the same time, under the tide of the new curriculum reform, "appreciation education", "success education", "happy education" and other new educational concepts have never been seen before. It seems that criticism of education cannot keep up with the educational situation and runs counter to the general environment. However, the middle school students are in the important growth period of life, the physical and mental development is not mature enough, the self-control ability is poor, the mistake inevitably occurs, carries on the criticism education to the student who makes the mistake, effectively prevents the mistake to happen again, Each teacher is duty-bound responsibility and obligation. The lack of necessary criticism of education will inevitably lead to unbalanced psychological development of students, students' psychological tolerance and resistance to frustration decreased, and the ability to resist pressure weakened. However, in the practice of critical education, teachers should consider all kinds of factors and take reasonable measures to achieve ideal results. This paper first expounds the problems of critical education in class management: teachers are not good, unwilling and dare not carry out critical education. Then explain the reasons, including lack of training and learning, teachers are not critical of education; under the pressure of public opinion, teachers dare not criticize education; under the pressure of educational administration, teachers are unwilling to criticize education. Secondly, the principles of critical education in class management are analyzed, summarized, and the principles of fairness, respect, timeliness, pertinence, consistency and foundation are put forward. Thirdly, some suggestions are put forward to improve the effective implementation of critical education in class management, such as guiding the correct guidance of public opinion, improving teachers' professional accomplishment, criticizing the main body of education to cooperate with each other, and constructing a multi-channel communication platform. Class management should be creative. Finally, the conclusion of the article is that it is necessary to criticize education, but it must be used reasonably and properly to achieve the expected educational purpose.
