石阡縣中學(xué)學(xué)校體育引進(jìn)少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育的現(xiàn)狀調(diào)查與對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:本文通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、邏輯分析法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法等研究方法,在少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育進(jìn)入學(xué)校體育的可行性與必要性的基礎(chǔ)上,對(duì)石阡縣中學(xué)引進(jìn)少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育的現(xiàn)狀、學(xué)校開展少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育存在的問題等進(jìn)行調(diào)查研究,對(duì)少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育引進(jìn)學(xué)校并在學(xué)校有效的開展提出對(duì)策與建議。通過筆者走訪調(diào)查研究得出結(jié)論是石阡縣中學(xué)幾乎都引進(jìn)少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目,但是開展的效果不佳,主要存在的問題有:第一,多數(shù)體育教師不具備少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育相關(guān)技能,學(xué)校在組織學(xué)生參加大型少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育活動(dòng)時(shí)都是聘請(qǐng)?jiān)谛5拇髮W(xué)生做兼職教練;第二,學(xué)校開展的少數(shù)民族體育都是在全國(guó)少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育運(yùn)動(dòng)會(huì)上常見的一些比賽項(xiàng)目,活動(dòng)項(xiàng)目較單一,沒有根據(jù)地方特色開展適宜的其他運(yùn)動(dòng)項(xiàng)目;第三,缺乏少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育的場(chǎng)地器材和有專業(yè)技術(shù)的教師;第四,學(xué)校雖然引進(jìn)了少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目,但在學(xué)校開展效果不佳,常規(guī)體育課上還以是足、籃、排、田徑幾大類為主;第五,學(xué)校雖然開展了少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目,但是卻對(duì)相關(guān)的知識(shí)普及不到位,導(dǎo)致許多學(xué)生對(duì)該項(xiàng)目沒有深入的了解。針對(duì)以上問題筆者提出了以下幾點(diǎn)建議:第一,石阡縣各中學(xué)應(yīng)充分利用石阡縣豐富的少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育資源,有步驟、有計(jì)劃的引進(jìn)少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目,隨后在小范圍試行的基礎(chǔ)上逐漸擴(kuò)大;第二,因地制宜,積極探索,大膽創(chuàng)新;第三,學(xué)校采取補(bǔ)充資金購(gòu)買器材、整修場(chǎng)地、組織教師外出參加相應(yīng)的培訓(xùn)、聘請(qǐng)民間專家進(jìn)校授課等措施保障少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育項(xiàng)目有效開展;第四,學(xué)校和社會(huì)各界要注重對(duì)少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育文化的宣傳力度,積極營(yíng)造良好的民族文化氛圍;第五,在學(xué)生參與少數(shù)民族傳統(tǒng)體育時(shí),體育教師和相關(guān)的體育組織機(jī)構(gòu)要加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)生的指導(dǎo);第六,制定人才引進(jìn)計(jì)劃,提供人才保護(hù)的條件。
[Abstract]:Based on the methods of literature, questionnaire, logic analysis and mathematical statistics, this paper discusses the feasibility and necessity of traditional minority sports entering school physical education. This paper investigates the present situation of the introduction of minority traditional sports in Shiqian county middle schools, and the problems existing in the development of minority traditional sports in schools, and puts forward some countermeasures and suggestions for the introduction and effective development of minority traditional sports in schools. Through the author's visit and research, it is concluded that almost all middle schools in Shiqian County have introduced traditional sports of minority nationalities, but the results of these exercises are not good, and the main problems are: first, The majority of PE teachers do not have minority traditional sports related skills, the school in the organization of students to participate in large-scale traditional minority sports activities are engaged in college students to do part-time coaches; Second, the minority sports carried out in schools are some common sports events in the national traditional sports meet of ethnic minorities, the activities are relatively single, there are no suitable other sports according to the local characteristics; Third, the lack of traditional sports venues and equipment of ethnic minorities and teachers with professional skills; Fourth, although the school has introduced the minority traditional sports, but in the school development effect is not good, the conventional physical education class is also to be the foot, the basket, the row, the track and field several big categories mainly; Fifth, although the school carried out the traditional sports program of minority nationalities, it did not popularize the relevant knowledge, which resulted in many students do not have a deep understanding of the project. In view of the above problems, the author puts forward the following suggestions: first, every middle school in Shiqian County should make full use of the rich traditional sports resources of minority nationalities in Shiqian County, and introduce the traditional sports items of ethnic minorities step by step and in a planned way. Subsequently, on the basis of small scale trial, it gradually expanded; Second, according to local conditions, actively explore, bold innovation; Third, schools take supplementary funds to purchase equipment, renovate venues, organize teachers to go out to participate in the corresponding training, invite folk experts to teach in schools, and other measures to ensure the effective development of traditional sports projects for ethnic minorities; Fourth, schools and all walks of life should pay attention to the propaganda of the traditional sports culture of ethnic minorities and actively create a good atmosphere of national culture; Fifth, when students participate in the traditional sports of ethnic minorities, PE teachers and relevant sports organizations should strengthen the guidance to students; sixth, formulate a talent introduction plan to provide conditions for the protection of talents.
