【摘要】：目的了解初中生對在道路上使用手機(jī)與出行安全關(guān)系的態(tài)度及其相關(guān)影響因素,為預(yù)防初中生交通傷害提供參考。方法采用分層整群抽樣的方法,于2016年12月選取上海市某區(qū)某街道3所中學(xué)六~九年級1 793名學(xué)生作為研究對象進(jìn)行問卷調(diào)查,問卷內(nèi)容包括人口學(xué)基本信息和對在道路上使用手機(jī)的危險程度判斷。結(jié)果認(rèn)為"駕駛機(jī)動車時使用手機(jī)發(fā)微信""駕駛電動車/助動車時使用手機(jī)"危險性高的比例分別為83.8%和85.3%,而認(rèn)為"騎自行車時使用手機(jī)或戴耳機(jī)聽音樂""駕駛機(jī)動車時使用手機(jī)打電話"和"步行時使用手機(jī)"危險性高的比例分別僅為62.3%,61.8%和61.7%。針對部分在路上使用手機(jī)的危險程度判斷上,女生、獨生子女分別優(yōu)于男生、非獨生子女,差異均有統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論初中生對在道路上使用手機(jī)的危險性整體認(rèn)知水平尚需提升,應(yīng)重點加強(qiáng)對男生及非獨生子女的交通安全認(rèn)知干預(yù),建議通過社區(qū)交通安全氛圍構(gòu)建提升初中生的認(rèn)知水平。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the relationship between mobile phone use and travel safety in junior high school students and to provide reference for the prevention of traffic injury among junior high school students. Methods A total of 1,793 students from 6 ~ 9 grades in 3 middle schools in a district of Shanghai were investigated by stratified cluster sampling in December 2016. The questionnaire included basic demographic information and judgment on the risk of mobile phone use on the road. The results showed that "using mobile phone to send WeChat while driving a motor vehicle" and "using mobile phone when driving an electric car or a motor car" were 83.8% and 85.3%, respectively. However, the proportion of people who thought that "using mobile phone to listen to music while riding a bicycle or wearing headphones" and "using mobile phone while driving a motor vehicle" and "using mobile phone while walking" were 61.8 percent and 61.7 percent respectively. According to the judgment of the risk of using mobile phone on the road, girls and only children were better than boys and non-only children, the differences were statistically significant (P 0.05). Conclusion the overall cognitive level of mobile phone use in junior high school students still needs to be improved, so it is necessary to strengthen the traffic safety cognition intervention of boys and non-only children. It is suggested that the cognitive level of junior high school students should be improved through the construction of community traffic safety atmosphere.
