中小學(xué)校長(zhǎng)課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo):文化與實(shí)現(xiàn)機(jī)制

【摘要】:校長(zhǎng)課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)受到學(xué)校內(nèi)外因素的影響和制約。課程是育人的載體。要確定"育人為本"主導(dǎo)文化,從而激發(fā)學(xué)校課程開發(fā)的創(chuàng)新動(dòng)力。深化考試招生制度改革,營(yíng)造良好的教育文化生態(tài)環(huán)境,有利于釋放校長(zhǎng)課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)的創(chuàng)造力,建構(gòu)學(xué)校特色課程體系。校長(zhǎng)作為學(xué)校的課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)者,兼具行政權(quán)與專業(yè)權(quán),二者缺一不可。校長(zhǎng)要成功實(shí)施課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo),做有"權(quán)"的"內(nèi)行"領(lǐng)導(dǎo)是一個(gè)必要條件,并使課程領(lǐng)導(dǎo)從"行政指令"向"課程協(xié)商"過渡。
[Abstract]:The principal's curriculum leadership is influenced and restricted by the factors inside and outside the school. Curriculum is the carrier of education. It is necessary to determine the dominant culture of "educating people-oriented" so as to stimulate the innovative motive force of curriculum development in schools. Deepening the reform of examination enrollment system and creating a good ecological environment of education culture will help to release the creativity of the principal's curriculum leadership and construct the characteristic curriculum system of the school. The principal, as the curriculum leader of the school, has both administrative power and professional power, both of which are indispensable. It is a necessary condition for the principal to implement the curriculum leadership successfully, and to make the curriculum leader transition from "administrative instruction" to "curriculum consultation".
