中小學校長課程領導:文化與實現機制

【摘要】:校長課程領導受到學校內外因素的影響和制約。課程是育人的載體。要確定"育人為本"主導文化,從而激發(fā)學校課程開發(fā)的創(chuàng)新動力。深化考試招生制度改革,營造良好的教育文化生態(tài)環(huán)境,有利于釋放校長課程領導的創(chuàng)造力,建構學校特色課程體系。校長作為學校的課程領導者,兼具行政權與專業(yè)權,二者缺一不可。校長要成功實施課程領導,做有"權"的"內行"領導是一個必要條件,并使課程領導從"行政指令"向"課程協(xié)商"過渡。
[Abstract]:The principal's curriculum leadership is influenced and restricted by the factors inside and outside the school. Curriculum is the carrier of education. It is necessary to determine the dominant culture of "educating people-oriented" so as to stimulate the innovative motive force of curriculum development in schools. Deepening the reform of examination enrollment system and creating a good ecological environment of education culture will help to release the creativity of the principal's curriculum leadership and construct the characteristic curriculum system of the school. The principal, as the curriculum leader of the school, has both administrative power and professional power, both of which are indispensable. It is a necessary condition for the principal to implement the curriculum leadership successfully, and to make the curriculum leader transition from "administrative instruction" to "curriculum consultation".
