【摘要】：加拿大在教材開發(fā)主體和類型、審批規(guī)程和標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、選用權(quán)限等關(guān)鍵環(huán)節(jié)的政策制定和實施上具有鮮明特點和成熟經(jīng)驗,值得學(xué)習(xí)和借鑒。應(yīng)以我國文化、教育發(fā)展實際和發(fā)展理念,從構(gòu)建教材管理新模式、改進和完善教材管理辦法和評審標(biāo)準(zhǔn)、保護教材著作權(quán)、試行教材租用等方面改進和完善我國教材建設(shè),以保障教材建設(shè)可持續(xù)、高質(zhì)量、健康發(fā)展,滿足創(chuàng)新人才培養(yǎng)的需要。
[Abstract]:Canada has distinct characteristics and mature experience in the development of textbooks, examination and approval procedures and standards, choice of authority and other key links of the policy formulation and implementation of the distinctive characteristics and mature experience, it is worth learning and learning. We should improve and perfect the construction of teaching materials in our country from the aspects of constructing a new model of textbook management, improving and perfecting the methods of teaching material management and evaluation standards, protecting the copyright of teaching materials, trying out the lease of teaching materials, and so on, based on the actual development and development concept of Chinese culture and education. In order to ensure the construction of teaching materials sustainable, high quality, healthy development, meet the needs of innovative talent training.
