初中課堂教學(xué)中師生互動(dòng)關(guān)系及其調(diào)控

【摘要】:以強(qiáng)調(diào)“知識(shí)與技能”、“過(guò)程與方法”、“情感、態(tài)度與價(jià)值觀”三維一體為目標(biāo)的新課程改革,對(duì)我國(guó)傳統(tǒng)的教育教學(xué)提出新的要求和任務(wù)。課堂教學(xué)作為教學(xué)的核心活動(dòng)對(duì)教學(xué)質(zhì)量的提高至關(guān)重要。課堂教學(xué)中師生關(guān)系是否和諧,影響著教學(xué)質(zhì)量。因此,對(duì)課堂教學(xué)中師生互動(dòng)關(guān)系進(jìn)行研究對(duì)于提高課堂教學(xué)質(zhì)量,促進(jìn)新課程改革具有一定的意義。本文試圖在已有研究的基礎(chǔ)上,借鑒相關(guān)理論,運(yùn)用觀察、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查及訪談等方法,了解課堂教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀,揭示課堂教學(xué)中師生互動(dòng)存在的問(wèn)題,分析其產(chǎn)生的原因,并提出建立和諧師生互動(dòng)關(guān)系的調(diào)控措施。
[Abstract]:The new curriculum reform, which emphasizes "knowledge and skill", "process and method", "emotion, attitude and values", puts forward new requirements and tasks for traditional education and teaching in China. As the core activity of teaching, classroom teaching is very important to the improvement of teaching quality. Whether the relationship between teachers and students is harmonious in classroom teaching affects the teaching quality. Therefore, the study on the interaction between teachers and students in classroom teaching has certain significance for improving the quality of classroom teaching and promoting the new curriculum reform. On the basis of the existing research, this paper tries to use the relevant theories for reference, using the methods of observation, questionnaire and interview, to understand the present situation of classroom teaching, to reveal the problems existing in the teacher-student interaction in classroom teaching, and to analyze the causes of the interaction between teachers and students. And put forward the regulation and control measures of establishing harmonious teacher-student interaction.
