【摘要】：體育教師職業(yè)技能是體育教師從事體育教學(xué)、勝任學(xué)校體育工作的必要前提和重要組成部分。了解當(dāng)前學(xué)校體育工作中不同專業(yè)發(fā)展階段體育教師對(duì)教師職業(yè)技能的重點(diǎn)需求及其需求的差異性,從而為促進(jìn)體育教師專業(yè)發(fā)展水平提供可供參考的依據(jù)。本研究主要以中小學(xué)體育教師為研究對(duì)象,通過文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法、對(duì)比分析法等方法,對(duì)我國(guó)7個(gè)省市的部分地區(qū)中小學(xué)一線從事教學(xué)的體育教師在體育教師職業(yè)技能構(gòu)成及其要素認(rèn)識(shí)、需求方面的情況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查和分析,探討他們?cè)趯I(yè)發(fā)展的不同階段對(duì)體育教師職業(yè)技能的需求。最終得出了以下結(jié)論：第一、各階段體育教師對(duì)構(gòu)成體育教師職業(yè)技能的四類技能都具有較高的重視度和認(rèn)同感。第二、各階段體育教師對(duì)構(gòu)成體育教師職業(yè)技能的四類技能的認(rèn)同與需求存在一定的差異：相對(duì)而言,各階段體育教師對(duì)課堂教學(xué)類技能的重視度最高,而對(duì)基礎(chǔ)類技能的重視度相對(duì)最低。第三、不同發(fā)展階段的體育教師對(duì)體育教師職業(yè)技能各類構(gòu)成技能以及各類技能要素的需求存在差異：職稱高的體育教師比職稱低的體育教師更重視體育教師職業(yè)技能中的發(fā)展類技能與課外指導(dǎo)類技能；未定級(jí)階段體育教師比高級(jí)職階段體育教師更加重視課堂教學(xué)技能類中的課堂實(shí)施要素與基礎(chǔ)技能類中的人際交往、多媒體信息技術(shù)運(yùn)用要素。第四、不同學(xué)校的同一發(fā)展階段的體育教師對(duì)體育教師職業(yè)技能的需求也存在差異：中學(xué)體育教師比小學(xué)體育教師更重視課外指導(dǎo)技能,而小學(xué)體育教師比中學(xué)體育教師更加重視基礎(chǔ)技能中的普通話、日常言談舉止行為要素；省重點(diǎn)學(xué)校體育教師整體對(duì)各類教師職業(yè)技能重視度較為均衡、且比其他屬性學(xué)校的體育教師更加重視基礎(chǔ)類技能。
[Abstract]:The professional skills of physical education teachers are the necessary prerequisite and important part of physical education teaching. To understand the key demands and differences of teachers' professional skills in different professional development stages of physical education in schools, and to provide a reference basis for promoting the professional development level of physical education teachers. This research mainly takes the primary and middle school physical education teachers as the research object, through the literature material method, the investigation method, the mathematical statistics method, the contrast analysis method and so on. This paper investigates and analyzes the situation of PE teachers engaged in teaching in primary and secondary schools in 7 provinces and cities of our country in terms of their professional skill constitution and their essential factors and their needs. To explore their professional development in different stages of the professional skills of PE teachers demand. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: first, PE teachers have a high degree of attention and identity to the four types of skills that constitute the professional skills of PE teachers. Secondly, there are certain differences in the recognition and demand of the four kinds of skills that constitute the professional skills of PE teachers in each stage: relatively speaking, the PE teachers in each stage attach the highest importance to the classroom teaching skills. The basic skills are relatively least valued. Third There are differences in the demands of PE teachers in different stages of their professional skills on various types of composing skills and various skill elements: the PE teachers with high titles pay more attention to the professional skills of PE teachers than those with lower titles. Development skills and extracurricular guidance skills; The undetermined stage PE teachers pay more attention to the classroom implementation elements in the classroom teaching skills class and the interpersonal communication in the basic skills class than the senior stage PE teachers. The application elements of multimedia information technology are more important. Fourthly, there are differences in the demand of PE teachers' vocational skills in different schools at the same stage of development: middle school PE teachers pay more attention to extracurricular guidance skills than primary school PE teachers. The primary school PE teachers pay more attention to the basic skills of Putonghua than the middle school PE teachers, daily speaking and behavior elements; Physical education teachers of provincial key schools pay more attention to all kinds of teachers' professional skills, and pay more attention to basic skills than other attribute schools' physical education teachers.
