中小學(xué)體育教師不同專業(yè)發(fā)展階段的職業(yè)技能需求研究
[Abstract]:The professional skills of physical education teachers are the necessary prerequisite and important part of physical education teaching. To understand the key demands and differences of teachers' professional skills in different professional development stages of physical education in schools, and to provide a reference basis for promoting the professional development level of physical education teachers. This research mainly takes the primary and middle school physical education teachers as the research object, through the literature material method, the investigation method, the mathematical statistics method, the contrast analysis method and so on. This paper investigates and analyzes the situation of PE teachers engaged in teaching in primary and secondary schools in 7 provinces and cities of our country in terms of their professional skill constitution and their essential factors and their needs. To explore their professional development in different stages of the professional skills of PE teachers demand. Finally, the following conclusions are drawn: first, PE teachers have a high degree of attention and identity to the four types of skills that constitute the professional skills of PE teachers. Secondly, there are certain differences in the recognition and demand of the four kinds of skills that constitute the professional skills of PE teachers in each stage: relatively speaking, the PE teachers in each stage attach the highest importance to the classroom teaching skills. The basic skills are relatively least valued. Third There are differences in the demands of PE teachers in different stages of their professional skills on various types of composing skills and various skill elements: the PE teachers with high titles pay more attention to the professional skills of PE teachers than those with lower titles. Development skills and extracurricular guidance skills; The undetermined stage PE teachers pay more attention to the classroom implementation elements in the classroom teaching skills class and the interpersonal communication in the basic skills class than the senior stage PE teachers. The application elements of multimedia information technology are more important. Fourthly, there are differences in the demand of PE teachers' vocational skills in different schools at the same stage of development: middle school PE teachers pay more attention to extracurricular guidance skills than primary school PE teachers. The primary school PE teachers pay more attention to the basic skills of Putonghua than the middle school PE teachers, daily speaking and behavior elements; Physical education teachers of provincial key schools pay more attention to all kinds of teachers' professional skills, and pay more attention to basic skills than other attribute schools' physical education teachers.
