鎮(zhèn)康縣初中數(shù)學(xué)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的個(gè)案研究

【摘要】:我國(guó)教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè)的整體走向正在由“數(shù)量擴(kuò)張”向“質(zhì)量提升”的歷史性轉(zhuǎn)型,實(shí)現(xiàn)整個(gè)教師群體的成長(zhǎng)需要有優(yōu)秀教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的帶動(dòng)。專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)是教師做好本職工作的基本要求,而真正專業(yè)化的教師必須具備專業(yè)化的教育信念、專業(yè)化的學(xué)科知識(shí)、專業(yè)化的理論知識(shí)、專業(yè)化的實(shí)踐知識(shí),借鑒優(yōu)秀教師的成長(zhǎng)經(jīng)歷,進(jìn)行總結(jié)、研究,從而帶動(dòng)更多教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)。這項(xiàng)研究的主要內(nèi)容有兩項(xiàng):其一,運(yùn)用調(diào)查法對(duì)鎮(zhèn)康縣初中數(shù)學(xué)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的現(xiàn)狀開(kāi)展調(diào)查研究;其二,在調(diào)查的基礎(chǔ)上,選取4位初中數(shù)學(xué)教師作為個(gè)案研究的對(duì)象,運(yùn)用教育敘事法和訪談,通過(guò)個(gè)案中教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)途徑的研究,提供一些有助于初中數(shù)學(xué)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的建議。這項(xiàng)研究所得到的主要結(jié)論為:初中數(shù)學(xué)教師的專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)差不多都經(jīng)歷過(guò)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的一般成長(zhǎng)階段。他們從普通教師中脫穎而出,成長(zhǎng)為優(yōu)秀教師,大致需要經(jīng)歷三個(gè)階段:適應(yīng)期,發(fā)展期,勝任期;其次,影響教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的因素主要有個(gè)人因素和環(huán)境因素,通過(guò)教師個(gè)人不懈的努力,可以克服不利因素的影響,成為優(yōu)秀的教師。教師個(gè)人專業(yè)成長(zhǎng),直接影響著教師素質(zhì)的提升,這是一個(gè)動(dòng)態(tài)、伴隨職業(yè)生涯的過(guò)程。這項(xiàng)研究對(duì)鎮(zhèn)康縣初中數(shù)學(xué)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行調(diào)查、闡述與分析,運(yùn)用典型案例的引領(lǐng),分享成功經(jīng)驗(yàn),分析教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)的階段性、影響因素和成長(zhǎng)途徑,對(duì)專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)進(jìn)行總結(jié)和反思。這對(duì)初中數(shù)學(xué)教師專業(yè)成長(zhǎng)有積極的參考價(jià)值。
[Abstract]:The overall trend of the construction of Chinese teachers' contingent is changing from "quantity expansion" to "quality improvement". To realize the growth of the whole group of teachers, it is necessary to have the driving force of excellent teachers' professional growth. Professional growth is the basic requirement for teachers to do their job well, and a truly professional teacher must have professional educational belief, specialized subject knowledge, specialized theoretical knowledge, specialized practical knowledge, etc. Learn from the growth experience of excellent teachers, summarize, research, so as to promote more teachers' professional growth. The main contents of this study are as follows: first, the present situation of junior high school mathematics teachers' professional growth in Zhenkang County is investigated by using the method of investigation; Secondly, on the basis of the investigation, four junior high school mathematics teachers are selected as the object of case study, and the educational narrative method and interview are used to study the ways of teachers' professional growth in the case. To provide some help to junior high school math teachers professional development advice. The main conclusion of this study is that the professional growth of mathematics teachers in junior high school has almost experienced the general growth stage of teachers' professional growth. They stand out from ordinary teachers and become excellent teachers. They generally need to go through three stages: adaptation period, development period, competency period; Secondly, the factors that affect teachers' professional growth are mainly personal factors and environmental factors. Through their unremitting efforts, teachers can overcome the influence of unfavorable factors and become excellent teachers. The personal professional growth of teachers directly affects the improvement of teachers' quality, which is a dynamic process accompanied by a career. This study investigates the professional growth of mathematics teachers in Zhenkang County, expounds and analyzes it, uses the guidance of typical cases, shares successful experiences, and analyzes the stages, influencing factors and growth paths of teachers' professional growth. Summarize and reflect on professional growth. This has the positive reference value to the junior high school mathematics teacher profession growth.
