【摘要】：正隨著社會的發(fā)展,應用型人才在社會經(jīng)濟市場上的需求越來越大,因為應用型人才兼具理論知識和實踐能力,非常符合現(xiàn)代社會的需求。語文教育能夠提升人的人文素養(yǎng),讓應用型人才具備更好的品格和更強的應用能力。只有提高語文教師隊伍建設的水平,才能不斷提升應用型人才的人文素養(yǎng),所以我們要建設一支兼具文化知識和教學應用能力的語文教師隊伍。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the demand of applied talents in the social and economic market is more and more great, because the applied talents have both theoretical knowledge and practical ability, which are very in line with the needs of modern society. Chinese education can improve people's humanistic accomplishment and make the applied talents have better character and stronger application ability. Only by improving the level of the construction of Chinese teachers can we continuously improve the humanistic literacy of applied talents, so we should build a Chinese teachers team with both cultural knowledge and teaching ability.
