新課改背景下的高考語文自主命題研究

【摘要】:隨著新課程改革的逐步深入,人們意識到以高考為代表的課程評價問題,已經(jīng)無法回避。命題作為高考的一項重要工作,必須展開必要的理論研究。高考自主命題制度是我國高考制度改革史上的一次重大變革,語文作為中學(xué)的一門重要的基礎(chǔ)性學(xué)科,因區(qū)域間的經(jīng)濟非均衡性、文化多樣性及統(tǒng)一高考語文評價弊端重重等因素的推動,也走上了自主命題的道路。它是在遵循全國統(tǒng)一考試大綱的前提下,根據(jù)當(dāng)?shù)亟?jīng)濟、文化及教育水平,因地制宜地命制出體現(xiàn)地域特色的高考語文試題。本文分別從宏觀、中觀與微觀三層對高考語文自主命題的利弊進行歷史的、具體的、邏輯的挖掘與分析。就宏觀層面而言,揭示新課程改革與高考語文自主命題的關(guān)系,即高考語文自主命題的可行性是研究的起點與立足點,新課程改革的“六大改”目標與自主命題是原則與實踐的關(guān)系,從高考語文命題的“統(tǒng)”、“分”邏輯及其利弊的梳理中,不難發(fā)現(xiàn)二者在教育價值目標上具有一致性。就中觀層面而言,高考語文自主命題在實踐中應(yīng)嚴格遵循客觀教育教學(xué)規(guī)律與考試評價規(guī)律,依托高中語文課程標準、高考語文考試大綱、語文教材以及教育測量學(xué)相關(guān)理論和方法,從而讓自主命題能夠彰顯出語文學(xué)科本體性、教育測量科學(xué)性、學(xué)生主體人本性等原則。就微觀層面而言,也就是言及具體操作的問題,以2007-2014年江西省高考語文自主命題為對象進行實證研究,在探明自主命題階段劃分基礎(chǔ)上,從其命題形式、命題內(nèi)容的嬗變出發(fā)來探究其自主命題的特色與不足。最后,本文在總結(jié)歸納江西省高考語文自主命題、其他省市高考語文自主命題及國外語言考試制度啟示意義的基礎(chǔ)上,對新課程改革背景下的高考語文自主命題提出若干建議,即應(yīng)在調(diào)整考試內(nèi)容與分值,增強題型創(chuàng)新性設(shè)計,加強命題隊伍建設(shè),提高命題水平等方面進行完善與提升,為今后高考語文命題制度的改革提出一些思考與建議。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of the new curriculum reform, people realize that the course evaluation problem represented by the college entrance examination can not be avoided. As an important work of college entrance examination, proposition must be studied in theory. The independent proposition system of the college entrance examination is a major change in the history of the reform of the college entrance examination system in our country. As an important basic subject in the middle school, Chinese is an important subject, because of the economic imbalance among regions. The promotion of cultural diversity and the disadvantages of unified Chinese evaluation of college entrance examination has also taken the road of independent proposition. It follows the premise of the national unified examination outline, according to the local economy, culture and education level, according to the local conditions, ordered to produce the local characteristics of the college entrance examination language examination questions. This paper explores and analyzes the advantages and disadvantages of Chinese independent proposition in college entrance examination from three levels of macro, middle and micro respectively. On the macro level, it reveals the relationship between the new curriculum reform and the autonomous proposition of the college entrance examination Chinese, that is, the feasibility of the autonomous proposition of the college entrance examination is the starting point and foothold of the study. The relationship between the goal of "six major reforms" and the independent proposition of the new curriculum reform is the relationship between principle and practice. From the logic of "unification" and "division" of the Chinese propositions in the college entrance examination and their advantages and disadvantages, it is not difficult to find that the two have consistency in the goal of educational value. As far as the middle level is concerned, the independent proposition of college entrance examination should strictly follow the law of objective education and teaching and the law of examination evaluation in practice, and rely on the Chinese curriculum standard of senior high school, and the syllabus of Chinese examination of college entrance examination should be relied on. The relevant theories and methods of Chinese teaching materials and educational surveying can make the independent proposition manifest the principles of the Noumenon of Chinese subject, the scientific nature of educational measurement, the nature of students' subject and so on. On the micro level, that is, the problem of concrete operation, taking the autonomous proposition of college entrance examination in Jiangxi Province from 2007 to 2014 as the object of empirical study, and on the basis of exploring the division of independent proposition stage, from its propositional form, the paper makes an empirical study on the autonomous propositions in Jiangxi Province from 2007 to 2014. The evolution of proposition content to explore the characteristics and shortcomings of its independent proposition. Finally, on the basis of summing up and summarizing the autonomous proposition of college entrance examination in Jiangxi Province, the Chinese autonomous proposition of other provinces and cities and the enlightening significance of foreign language examination system, this paper puts forward some suggestions on the autonomous proposition of college entrance examination Chinese under the background of the new curriculum reform. That is to say, we should perfect and improve the examination content and score, strengthen the innovative design of the test type, strengthen the construction of the team of the proposition, and improve the level of the proposition, and put forward some thoughts and suggestions for the reform of the Chinese proposition system of the college entrance examination in the future.
