【摘要】：正班主任工作最大的特點(diǎn)是千頭萬(wàn)緒,繁瑣而忙碌。門窗損壞了,我們得第一時(shí)間趕到現(xiàn)場(chǎng),調(diào)查原因,甚至還要當(dāng)"修理工";某某學(xué)生流鼻血了,班主任要帶到醫(yī)務(wù)室處理;學(xué)生下課不小心扎破了手,甚至尿褲子了;等等。班主任每一天都要時(shí)刻面對(duì)并處理難以"預(yù)設(shè)"的種種繁瑣事件,就像一只陀螺不停地旋轉(zhuǎn)。尤其是當(dāng)下,家長(zhǎng)和社會(huì)給予老師們種種要求,如何放松那一根根緊繃的神經(jīng),如何在忙碌中減壓,直接影響著班主任的
[Abstract]:The biggest characteristic of the head teacher's work is multitudinous, tedious and busy. The doors and windows were damaged, we had to rush to the scene as soon as possible to investigate the cause, and even to be a "repairman"; so and so on, the student had nosebleeds, and the head teacher would take them to the infirmary to handle them; the students had accidentally punctured their hands and even peed their pants after class; and so on.
