大連城市初中生體質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題及改善對(duì)策研究

【摘要】:近年來(lái)初中生體質(zhì)問(wèn)題一直是各個(gè)學(xué)校及家長(zhǎng)所關(guān)心的話題,隨著國(guó)家對(duì)青少年體質(zhì)的關(guān)注度的提高,青少年體育課的建設(shè)也面臨新的機(jī)遇與挑戰(zhàn)。然而,近二十幾年隨著"高考熱","中考熱"不斷升溫,我國(guó)青少年體質(zhì)卻呈現(xiàn)出下降的趨勢(shì)。本文以提高大連城市初中生體質(zhì)為目標(biāo),采用了文獻(xiàn)資料法、調(diào)查法等研究方法,精心選取了大連市40名體育教師和200名初中生作為研究對(duì)象。對(duì)大連市初中生體質(zhì)現(xiàn)狀、問(wèn)題及原因進(jìn)行了較為全面的調(diào)查研究與分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)在學(xué)校體育教學(xué)的環(huán)節(jié)中仍然存在一些較為突出的問(wèn)題,并提出相關(guān)教學(xué)管理對(duì)策,以期為提高大連市初中生體質(zhì)健康水平提供可參考的依據(jù),從而進(jìn)一步推動(dòng)大連市初中體育工作更好地發(fā)展,研究結(jié)果表明:1.大連城市初中生的體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試平均分和優(yōu)良率處在一個(gè)較低的水平上。2.通過(guò)體質(zhì)健康標(biāo)準(zhǔn)測(cè)試的分項(xiàng)統(tǒng)計(jì)表明,大連城市初中生的耐力素質(zhì)、力量素質(zhì)、柔韌素質(zhì)和心肺功能都不容樂(lè)觀。3.大連市城市初中學(xué)校的體育教學(xué)管理、體育教師管理、體育場(chǎng)地設(shè)施等方面存在著影響學(xué)生體質(zhì)發(fā)展的因素。4.合理的體育教學(xué)管理方案、科學(xué)的體育教學(xué)模式與方法對(duì)提高學(xué)生體質(zhì)健康水平起著重要的作用。5.學(xué)校與教師要培養(yǎng)初中生身體鍛煉意識(shí),激發(fā)運(yùn)動(dòng)興趣,提高學(xué)生主動(dòng)參與到體育鍛煉的積極性。要重視教師隊(duì)伍建設(shè),加大場(chǎng)地、經(jīng)費(fèi)的投入力度,創(chuàng)造良好的體育教學(xué)環(huán)境,從而促進(jìn)大連市初中生體育教學(xué)科學(xué)進(jìn)行。致力于提高學(xué)生的體育鍛煉主觀能動(dòng)性,建立完善的考核標(biāo)準(zhǔn)。6.筆者建議要深化初中課程改革、提高體育課在整個(gè)初中教學(xué)體系中的比重;并借鑒國(guó)內(nèi)外的先進(jìn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),引入"體育社團(tuán)"和"運(yùn)動(dòng)處方"教學(xué)模式,優(yōu)化大連城市初中體育教學(xué)管理策略,推動(dòng)初中學(xué)校體育事業(yè)更好發(fā)展,提高學(xué)生的體質(zhì)健康水平。
[Abstract]:In recent years, the physical problem of junior high school students has been a topic of concern to all schools and parents. With the increase of national attention to the physical fitness of young people, the construction of physical education for young people is also facing new opportunities and challenges. However, in the past twenty years, with the fever of the college entrance examination and the fever of the middle school entrance examination, the constitution of the teenagers in our country has shown a downward trend. In order to improve the physique of junior high school students in Dalian city, this paper selects 40 physical education teachers and 200 junior middle school students in Dalian city as the research object. This paper makes a comprehensive investigation and analysis on the physical condition, problems and causes of junior high school students in Dalian, finds out that there are still some outstanding problems in the links of school physical education teaching, and puts forward some relevant teaching management countermeasures. In order to improve the physical health level of junior high school students in Dalian to provide a reference basis, and further promote the development of physical education in Dalian junior middle school, the research results show that 1. 1. The average score and excellent and good rate of physical health standard test of urban junior high school students in Dalian are at a low level of. 2. 2. Through the itemized statistics of physical health standard test, it is shown that the endurance quality, strength quality, flexibility quality and cardiopulmonary function of junior high school students in Dalian city are not optimistic. The physical education teaching management, the physical education teacher management, the sports venue facilities and so on in the Dalian city junior middle school have the influence factor. 4. Reasonable management scheme of physical education teaching and scientific physical education teaching mode and method play an important role in improving students' physical health level. Schools and teachers should cultivate junior high school students' consciousness of physical exercise, stimulate their interest in sports, and improve the enthusiasm of students to take part in physical exercise. We should pay attention to the construction of teachers, increase the input of venues and funds, create a good teaching environment for physical education, and thus promote the scientific teaching of physical education for junior high school students in Dalian. Committed to improve students' subjective initiative of physical exercise, establish a perfect assessment standard. 6. The author suggests that we should deepen the reform of junior middle school curriculum, increase the proportion of physical education in the whole junior middle school teaching system, and draw lessons from the advanced experience at home and abroad, and introduce the teaching mode of "sports association" and "sports prescription". To optimize the management strategy of physical education in Dalian junior middle school, to promote the better development of physical education in junior high school, and to improve the students' physical health level.
