“和諧互助”教學(xué)策略在高中物理教學(xué)中的實(shí)踐研究

【摘要】:“和諧互助”教學(xué)策略是一種新型的教學(xué)策略,它提倡課前預(yù)習(xí)和課上自主學(xué)習(xí),強(qiáng)調(diào)學(xué)生彼此之間的溝通交流、互助幫扶,將課堂的時(shí)間權(quán)、學(xué)習(xí)權(quán)、話語權(quán)、探索權(quán)和教學(xué)權(quán)都還給了學(xué)生,能很好的改善學(xué)生“被灌輸”、“被填滿”的處境,實(shí)現(xiàn)和諧、靈動(dòng)、高效的課堂,因此筆者在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上結(jié)合高中物理學(xué)科特點(diǎn)將該教學(xué)策略實(shí)踐于延吉市某高中物理課堂之中,并通過統(tǒng)計(jì)分析形成結(jié)論,旨在豐富高中物理學(xué)科的教學(xué)理論,為教師的有效教學(xué)提供參考。全文在文獻(xiàn)研究的基礎(chǔ)上進(jìn)行行動(dòng)研究,應(yīng)用問卷調(diào)查法對“和諧互助”教學(xué)策略在高中物理教學(xué)中實(shí)施的前后學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)狀況進(jìn)行效果調(diào)查及分析。全文共六個(gè)部分,第一部分提出研究問題,對“和諧互助”教學(xué)策略的研究現(xiàn)狀進(jìn)行調(diào)查,確定本文的研究目的、意義、思路和方法。第二部分是該教學(xué)策略的理論概述,具體闡述了“和諧互助”教學(xué)策略的內(nèi)涵、基本步驟、作用及理論基礎(chǔ),為后續(xù)的教學(xué)實(shí)踐奠定基礎(chǔ)。第三部分對延吉市某高中高一兩個(gè)班學(xué)生的物理學(xué)習(xí)狀況進(jìn)行了調(diào)查,并對調(diào)查結(jié)果進(jìn)行了分析。第四部分闡述了“和諧互助”教學(xué)策略在高中物理教學(xué)中的實(shí)施基礎(chǔ)以及具體的案例分析。第五部分對實(shí)施效果進(jìn)行了調(diào)查及分析。第六部分從影響“和諧互助”教學(xué)策略的因素著手給出相應(yīng)的建議并就文章的不足之處進(jìn)行了反思。實(shí)踐研究表明“和諧互助”教學(xué)策略在學(xué)生的學(xué)習(xí)興趣、學(xué)習(xí)動(dòng)機(jī)、學(xué)習(xí)方法以及學(xué)習(xí)成績方面的效果優(yōu)于傳統(tǒng)教學(xué),有更好的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:The teaching strategy of "harmonious and mutual assistance" is a new teaching strategy. It advocates prestudy before class and independent study in class, emphasizes the communication and exchange among students, helps each other to help each other, and gives the time right, study right and speech right of the class. Both the right to explore and the right to teaching are returned to the students, which can improve the students' situation of being "indoctrinated" and "filled", and achieve a harmonious, intelligent and efficient classroom. On the basis of literature study, the author puts the teaching strategy into practice in a physics classroom in Yanji city, and draws a conclusion through statistical analysis in order to enrich the teaching theory of physics course in senior high school. To provide a reference for the effective teaching of teachers. On the basis of literature research, this paper investigates and analyzes the effect of students' learning status before and after the implementation of "harmonious and mutual assistance" teaching strategy in physics teaching in senior high school. There are six parts in this paper. The first part puts forward the research questions, investigates the present situation of the teaching strategy of "harmonious and mutual assistance", and determines the purpose, significance, train of thought and method of this paper. The second part is the theoretical overview of the teaching strategy, which elaborates the connotation, basic steps, function and theoretical basis of the teaching strategy of "harmonious and mutual assistance", which lays a foundation for the subsequent teaching practice. In the third part, the author makes an investigation on the physics learning of the two classes in a senior high school in Yanji city, and analyzes the results of the investigation. The fourth part expounds the implementation basis of "harmonious mutual aid" teaching strategy in senior high school physics teaching and the concrete case analysis. The fifth part has carried on the investigation and the analysis to the implementation effect. In the sixth part, the author gives some suggestions from the factors that influence the teaching strategy of harmonious and mutual help, and reflects on the deficiency of the article. The practical research shows that the teaching strategy of "harmonious and mutual assistance" has a better effect on students' learning interest, motivation, method and achievement than the traditional teaching.
