【摘要】：武術(shù)是中華民族的傳統(tǒng)文化,它不僅可以鍛煉身體,還可磨練意志、培養(yǎng)思想道德覺悟,在我國(guó)特色文化中居于很重要的地位。在學(xué)校開展武術(shù)教育,是一件功在當(dāng)代,利在千秋的大事,是強(qiáng)國(guó)利民的重要舉措。不僅有利于增強(qiáng)學(xué)生體質(zhì),還是弘揚(yáng)中華民族文化與精神、促進(jìn)學(xué)生對(duì)中華民族文化認(rèn)同的有效實(shí)施途徑。但目前其發(fā)展卻越來(lái)越讓人擔(dān)心,特別是在中小學(xué)校的繼承發(fā)揚(yáng)方面更是顯得薄弱。武術(shù)作為常州市武進(jìn)區(qū)體育教育的一部分,近年來(lái)得到了政府和教育部門的支持,為更深入了解武進(jìn)區(qū)中小學(xué)武術(shù)課開展?fàn)顩r、存在的主要問(wèn)題,本研究以武進(jìn)區(qū)部分中小學(xué)的在校學(xué)生、體育教師及學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)為調(diào)查對(duì)象,以武進(jìn)區(qū)中小學(xué)武術(shù)教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀及發(fā)展對(duì)策為研究?jī)?nèi)容,運(yùn)用文獻(xiàn)資料法、文獻(xiàn)綜述法、訪談法、問(wèn)卷調(diào)查法和數(shù)理統(tǒng)計(jì)法對(duì)其進(jìn)行了進(jìn)一步研究,得出以下結(jié)論:一是武進(jìn)區(qū)中小學(xué)開設(shè)武術(shù)課的學(xué)校較少,不能滿足學(xué)生發(fā)展的需要;二是有關(guān)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)雖然肯定武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng)的作用,也認(rèn)識(shí)到了武術(shù)的重要性,但是卻不愿意投入資金支持武術(shù)教學(xué),多停留在精神層面;三是武進(jìn)區(qū)中小學(xué)體育教師的專業(yè)性不強(qiáng),特別是武術(shù)專業(yè)的教師較少且存在教學(xué)經(jīng)驗(yàn)與技術(shù)等級(jí)嚴(yán)重失衡的現(xiàn)象;四是該區(qū)的中小學(xué)學(xué)生大多喜愛武術(shù)運(yùn)動(dòng),但外部環(huán)境因素?zé)o法滿足學(xué)生的需求。根據(jù)武進(jìn)區(qū)中小學(xué)武術(shù)教學(xué)的現(xiàn)狀,提出如下的發(fā)展對(duì)策:一是主管部門要轉(zhuǎn)變思想,重視中小學(xué)武術(shù)教學(xué),加強(qiáng)對(duì)學(xué)校的監(jiān)督和管理;二是學(xué)校要提高武術(shù)場(chǎng)地利用率,為學(xué)生營(yíng)造輕松地學(xué)習(xí)環(huán)境;三是加強(qiáng)師資隊(duì)伍建設(shè),實(shí)現(xiàn)體育教師角色轉(zhuǎn)換,讓教師成為學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)的領(lǐng)路人和組織者;四是根據(jù)地區(qū)和學(xué)生的實(shí)際情況,科學(xué)合理的編排教材內(nèi)容,豐富教學(xué)手段,利用教學(xué)資源�？傊�,應(yīng)采取一切有效的措施促進(jìn)武進(jìn)區(qū)的武術(shù)教學(xué)工作的順利開展,并為其他區(qū)域的武術(shù)教學(xué)提供重要參考。
[Abstract]:Wushu is the traditional culture of the Chinese nation. It can not only exercise the body, but also train the will, cultivate the ideological and moral consciousness, and play an important role in the Chinese characteristic culture. Wushu education in school is a great event of merit and benefit in the present age, and an important measure to strengthen the country and benefit the people. It is not only beneficial to strengthen students' physique, but also to carry forward the culture and spirit of the Chinese nation, and to promote the effective implementation of students' identity to the Chinese culture. But its development is increasingly worrying, especially in the development of primary and secondary schools is weak. Wushu, as a part of physical education in Wujin District of Changzhou City, has been supported by the government and education departments in recent years. In order to better understand the development of martial arts classes in primary and secondary schools in Wujin District, there are major problems. This research takes the students, physical education teachers and school leaders of some primary and middle schools in Wujin district as the object of investigation, taking the present situation and development countermeasures of martial arts teaching in primary and middle schools in Wujin district as the research contents, using the method of literature, literature review and interview. The method of questionnaire and mathematical statistics have carried on the further research to it, draw the following conclusions: first, the schools in Wujin district have fewer martial arts courses, which can not meet the needs of the development of students; Second, although the leaders concerned affirm the role of martial arts and recognize the importance of martial arts, they are unwilling to invest funds to support martial arts teaching and stay at the spiritual level; third, the teachers of physical education in primary and secondary schools in Wujin District are not highly professional. Especially there are few teachers of martial arts major and there is a serious imbalance between teaching experience and technical grade. Fourth, the students in primary and secondary schools in this area love martial arts, but the external environmental factors can not meet the needs of students. According to the present situation of Wushu teaching in primary and secondary schools in Wujin District, the following countermeasures are put forward: first, the competent departments should change their ideas, attach importance to Wushu teaching in primary and secondary schools, and strengthen the supervision and management of the schools; second, the schools should improve the utilization rate of Wushu venues. To create a relaxed learning environment for students; third, to strengthen the construction of the teaching staff, to realize the transformation of the role of physical education teachers, and to allow teachers to become the guide and organizer of students' learning; and fourth, according to the actual situation of the region and the students, Arrange teaching materials scientifically and rationally, enrich teaching methods and make use of teaching resources. In short, all effective measures should be taken to promote the smooth development of Wushu teaching in Wujin District and to provide important references for Wushu teaching in other regions.
