新課程背景下中學(xué)政治課教師角色轉(zhuǎn)變的研究
[Abstract]:Teachers are the people who impart relevant knowledge to students. Political teachers in middle schools are the ones who impart relevant knowledge of ideology and politics to students, improve their political accomplishment, help them establish correct outlook on life, world outlook and values, promote their healthy growth and cultivate a new all-round development. Since the beginning of the 21st century, facing the rapid development of market economy and the great demand for new-type compound talents, China's education system has been reformed correspondingly, and the role orientation of teachers has also undergone important changes. On the one hand, from the student's point of view, it has a certain positive significance to guide middle school students to study politics better and promote their better growth; on the other hand, it also has a great help to middle school politics teachers to teach politics better. The first part is the introduction, which gives a brief summary of the background and significance of the topic, the relevant literature, and introduces the relevant research methods and innovations of this paper; the second part is the teacher role in the teacher-student relationship, which defines the concept of role, teacher role and the role of middle school political teachers, and the old curriculum. The roles of middle school politics teachers in the context of the new curriculum and the new curriculum are introduced respectively; the third part expounds the main problems existing in the role transformation of middle school politics teachers; the fourth part analyzes the problems in the role transformation of middle school politics teachers in the context of the new curriculum. The fifth part, on the basis of the previous analysis, puts forward the countermeasures to promote the role transformation of middle school political teachers.This paper holds that under the new curriculum background, the role orientation of middle school political teachers should be students'learning guide, students' learning commander, students'development promoter, students' learning participants and diversified evaluation. Under the background of the new curriculum, the problems in the role transformation of middle school political teachers are mainly manifested as follows: the teaching purpose of middle school political teachers is too utilitarian, the role of the guide is little effective; the teaching content takes the college entrance examination as the first baton, the role of the conductor can not be reflected; the teaching method is too model, and the role of the promoter remains to be achieved. Promotion; teaching means pay attention to form neglect actual effect, the role of participants need to be strengthened; teaching effect measurement means single, the role of the evaluator can not be reflected; the humanistic literacy education of students less, the role of the guide can not be achieved. The reason is that the college entrance examination is still a wind vane to measure teaching results; the role of middle school political teachers change consciousness. Under the background of the new curriculum, the key to the transformation of the role of middle school political teachers lies in paying attention to the cultivation of interest and doing a good job of guidance; middle school political teachers should strive to upgrade their own specialty. We should construct a new political class teaching mode and be a good promoter, attach importance to the communication and interaction between teachers and students, do well participants, attach importance to communication and feedback, do well evaluator, change "closed" political class education into "social" political class education, and be a good guide.
