浙江省中小學(xué)名師培訓(xùn)模式的理論與實(shí)證研究

【摘要】:隨著當(dāng)今社會的發(fā)展,名師培訓(xùn)的概念也在不斷被強(qiáng)化,各地的名師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目層出不窮。本文主要通過對浙江省現(xiàn)有的中小學(xué)名師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目進(jìn)行理論研究與實(shí)證調(diào)查分析,從名師的培訓(xùn)需求調(diào)查入手,并輔以學(xué)科帶頭人培訓(xùn)班與名師名校長班的培訓(xùn)滿意度調(diào)查以及對特級教師關(guān)于培訓(xùn)滿意度影響因素的訪談?wù){(diào)查,以培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容、培訓(xùn)資源、培訓(xùn)形式、培訓(xùn)方法、培訓(xùn)評價六大維度進(jìn)行分析,并總結(jié)當(dāng)前名師培訓(xùn)所存問題及解決措施。最后,本文結(jié)合人力資本理論、教師專業(yè)發(fā)展理論、建構(gòu)主義教師教育理論以及先進(jìn)的名師培訓(xùn)經(jīng)驗(yàn),提出浙江省中小學(xué)名師培訓(xùn)模式的改進(jìn)策略,為往后的名師培訓(xùn)的健康發(fā)展提供參考與借鑒。全文分為五大部分,第一部分主要闡述了研究背景、研究意義與目的、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究思路與研究方法。第二部分主要闡述了名師培訓(xùn)的三大理論基礎(chǔ)及相關(guān)概念界定。而且對現(xiàn)有的名師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目做一定的共性分析。第三部分是浙江省中小學(xué)名師培訓(xùn)需求的實(shí)證調(diào)查研究,主要通過問卷調(diào)查以探尋培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)、培訓(xùn)課程、培訓(xùn)資源、培訓(xùn)形式、培訓(xùn)方法、培訓(xùn)評價的相關(guān)數(shù)據(jù)信息,以便于從需求中推斷出中小學(xué)名師培訓(xùn)模式的改進(jìn)方向。第四部分是浙江省中小學(xué)名師培訓(xùn)滿意度及其影響因素的實(shí)證研究,主要通過對部分培訓(xùn)班成員進(jìn)行培訓(xùn)滿意度的調(diào)查,以實(shí)際數(shù)據(jù)掌握浙江省名師培訓(xùn)項(xiàng)目中的缺陷。另外筆者對浙江省五位特級教師就培訓(xùn)的實(shí)效性及改進(jìn)措施進(jìn)行了訪談,包括直接訪談、QQ訪談和郵件訪談。第五部分是中小學(xué)名師培訓(xùn)模式的改進(jìn)策略研究,具體從培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)的設(shè)定、培訓(xùn)內(nèi)容的制定、培訓(xùn)資源的遴選、培訓(xùn)形式的選擇、培訓(xùn)方法的提煉、評價體制的完善等方面對浙江省中小學(xué)名師培訓(xùn)模式進(jìn)行優(yōu)化創(chuàng)新。
[Abstract]:With the development of society, the concept of teacher training is being strengthened constantly. Based on the theoretical research and empirical analysis of the current training projects of famous teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhejiang Province, this paper begins with the investigation of the training needs of famous teachers. In addition, the investigation of the training satisfaction of the leading subject training course and the principal class of famous teachers as well as the interview of the special teachers on the factors affecting the training satisfaction were carried out in order to achieve the training goal, the training content, the training resources, the training form, the training method, and so on. This paper analyzes the six dimensions of training evaluation, and summarizes the existing problems and solutions to the current training of famous teachers. Finally, combining the theory of human capital, the theory of teacher professional development, the theory of constructivist teacher education and the advanced training experience of famous teachers, this paper puts forward the improving strategies of the training mode of the famous teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhejiang Province. For the healthy development of teacher training in the future to provide reference and reference. This paper is divided into five parts. The first part mainly describes the research background, research significance and purpose, research status, research ideas and research methods. The second part mainly expounds the three theoretical bases and related concepts of the training of famous teachers. And to the existing famous teacher training project to do a certain common analysis. The third part is the empirical investigation and research on the training demand of the famous teachers in primary and secondary schools in Zhejiang Province, mainly through the questionnaire to explore the training objectives, training courses, training resources, training forms, training methods, training evaluation of relevant data information. In order to infer from the needs of the primary and secondary teacher training mode improvement direction. The fourth part is an empirical study on the training satisfaction and its influencing factors of Zhejiang primary and secondary school teachers. Through the investigation of the training satisfaction of some members of the training course, we can grasp the defects in the training project of Zhejiang Province by the actual data. In addition, the author interviews five special teachers in Zhejiang Province on the effectiveness of the training and improvement measures, including direct interviews with QQ and email interviews. The fifth part is the improvement strategy research of the training model of the famous teachers in primary and secondary schools, from the setting of training objectives, the formulation of training content, the selection of training resources, the selection of training forms, the refinement of training methods. The perfection of evaluation system optimizes and innovates the training mode of Zhejiang primary and middle school teachers.
