他者視野中的中小學(xué)教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)——基于對(duì)校長(zhǎng)及一線教師的調(diào)研

【摘要】:通過(guò)對(duì)校長(zhǎng)及一線教師的調(diào)研發(fā)現(xiàn),中小學(xué)教師應(yīng)具備的核心專業(yè)素養(yǎng)中"愛(ài)崗敬業(yè)精神"、"教學(xué)能力"、"班級(jí)管理能力"位居前列;新任教師在"對(duì)學(xué)校及自身工作有責(zé)任感"、"關(guān)愛(ài)學(xué)生,積極提供各種幫助"、"具有良好的終身學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣"、"設(shè)計(jì)符合學(xué)生特性的教學(xué)活動(dòng)"條目上表現(xiàn)較好。在中小學(xué)教師的各項(xiàng)工作中,"學(xué)科指導(dǎo)"、"班級(jí)管理"與"人際關(guān)系處理"的重要性位居前列;"專業(yè)發(fā)展"的難度最高,其次為"班級(jí)管理";職前教師教育對(duì)教師"學(xué)科指導(dǎo)"方面提供的幫助程度最大。在今后教師教育過(guò)程中,需重點(diǎn)加強(qiáng)教師職業(yè)道德建設(shè)、提升師范生教育教學(xué)能力與班級(jí)管理能力。
[Abstract]:Through the investigation of principals and front-line teachers, it is found that primary and secondary school teachers should have the core professional accomplishment of "love and respect for work", "teaching ability", "class management ability" in the forefront; The new teachers have better performance in the items of "responsibility to the school and their own work", "caring for the students, actively providing all kinds of help", "having good lifelong learning habits" and "designing teaching activities according to the characteristics of the students". The importance of "discipline guidance", "class management" and "interpersonal relationship handling" is at the forefront of the work of primary and secondary school teachers, and the difficulty of "professional development" is the highest. The second is class management, which is the most helpful to teachers' subject guidance. In the process of teacher education in the future, it is necessary to strengthen the construction of teachers' professional ethics and improve the teaching ability and class management ability of normal school students.
