激勵(lì)教育在中學(xué)語文課堂教學(xué)中的應(yīng)用研究
[Abstract]:Nowadays, education advocates human care, respects individual life, appreciates education and motivates education, especially in Chinese classroom teaching, which has been paid full attention to and widely used by many teachers. A good incentive education can stimulate students' interest in learning, enhance their self-confidence, arouse their initiative in learning, develop their potential, and cultivate students' good emotional quotient, which can not only effectively improve the quality of their study, Also can enhance the student's comprehensive quality and ability. Therefore, in teaching practice, exploring the principle of encouraging education and finding scientific incentive methods are particularly worthy of consideration. This paper analyzes the different motivational education for different teaching contents, teaching objectives and teaching process through the multi-angle and multi-level investigation of different types of Chinese classroom teaching cases, and further combs the different teaching contents, teaching objectives and teaching process. It makes us realize that teachers should master a certain theory of incentive education, according to the characteristics of Chinese subject, always take the students as the basis, flexibly apply the advanced motivation idea to the specific educational activities, follow the pertinence and aim. Subject, humanism and other motivational principles vary from lesson to class and vary from person to person. Only by actively exploring scientific and effective incentive methods that conform to the psychological characteristics of students and meet the requirements of the new curriculum standard, can the ideal effect of incentive education be obtained. Especially under the background of emphasizing the humanism of Chinese education at present, we can actively use the model incentive method, the demand incentive method, the evaluation encouragement method, the emotion incentive method, the participation incentive method and so on. In order to create a good educational space for the students' growth, to cultivate the students' self-study, the good quality of self-education, to stimulate the students' inner motive force and to develop the students' personality. Through careful analysis of specific teaching cases, we will also find that the motivation education in the Chinese classroom is changeable, purposeful and flexible. Both the motivator and the motivated person have obvious personality characteristics. Both of them are based on respect and appreciation for the sake of arousing students' desire for knowledge, developing students' personality, perfecting students' life, and finally cultivating more excellent talents. Therefore, through the in-depth investigation and analysis of these classroom teaching cases, we can find some regular incentive methods in order to better guide the incentive education in the practice of Chinese teaching.
