改革開放以來中小學體育教師政策的嬗變研究
[Abstract]:Since the reform and opening up, physical education teachers have been an important issue in school sports work. Although, has been concerned about, but because the attention is not strong, the attention degree is not high, causes the physical education teacher question to get very good solution all the time. Nowadays, the new curriculum standard of physical education has put forward higher requirements for PE teachers, which makes the problems of PE teachers more prominent, and has seriously hindered the development of physical education in schools. Therefore, it is urgent to solve the problem of PE teachers. In order to provide the basis and reference for the improvement and improvement of the policy, this paper studies the PE teachers in primary and middle schools from the macro angle of policy, so as to better guide the development of PE teachers in primary and middle schools. This paper studies the evolution of PE teachers' policies in primary and secondary schools since the reform and opening up to the outside world by the methods of literature, history and comparison. First of all, this paper divides the evolution of policy into three periods: the initial period of reform and opening up, the exploration period of socialist market economy and the three periods since the 21st century, and the content of policy is divided into three parts: requirement policy, treatment policy and management policy. Secondly, from the historical point of view, the reform and opening up since the policy of sorting out. On this basis, the policy of three periods of longitudinal comparative analysis, the characteristics of policy evolution and influence factors, and found its shortcomings. Finally, suggestions for improvement are put forward in combination with practice. This paper draws the following conclusions: since the reform and opening up to the outside world, there have been two phenomena of "change" and "no change" in the policy of physical education teachers in primary and secondary schools, and they have gradually changed from paying attention to training to paying attention to training. But there is also imbalance; the policy of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools pay more and more attention to the development of rural PE teachers; the implementation of the policy of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools is weak. According to the above conclusions and combined with the actual put forward the following suggestions: further improve the policy system of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools; improve the prejudgment ability of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools; We will strengthen the supervision over the implementation of the policy of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools.
