高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題及其對(duì)策

【摘要】:教師是教育教學(xué)活動(dòng)的主體,教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的狀況,對(duì)全面推進(jìn)教育改革,推廣新教育理念,以及完善教育教學(xué)質(zhì)量,都起著重要作用,甚至決定教育事業(yè)的成敗。就當(dāng)今高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)發(fā)展情況而言,普遍存在著自我發(fā)展意識(shí)、能力不足等諸多問題。因此,對(duì)思想政治課教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存在的問題及對(duì)策進(jìn)行研究,有助于促進(jìn)思想政治課教師專業(yè)發(fā)展,增強(qiáng)思想政治課教學(xué)實(shí)效性,促進(jìn)新課程理念的實(shí)施。通過分析高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)發(fā)展現(xiàn)狀,并對(duì)國內(nèi)外相關(guān)研究成果進(jìn)行總結(jié)歸納,本文主要從四個(gè)方面進(jìn)行研究。第一部分主要是對(duì)高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)發(fā)展的內(nèi)涵及其必要性進(jìn)行論述;第二部分主要是針對(duì)當(dāng)前高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)發(fā)展存在問題,從自我發(fā)展能力、知識(shí)結(jié)構(gòu)以及綜合素質(zhì)三方面進(jìn)行研究;第三部分是針對(duì)第二部分發(fā)現(xiàn)的問題,從環(huán)境、教研活動(dòng)、教師評(píng)價(jià)制度和傳統(tǒng)考試制度四個(gè)方面來分析問題產(chǎn)生的原因;第四部分主要是針對(duì)如何促進(jìn)高中思想政治課教師專業(yè)發(fā)展進(jìn)行的探討。這部分主要從三個(gè)角度來分析,首先,教師自身要增強(qiáng)專業(yè)發(fā)展意識(shí)、提高自我發(fā)展能力;其次,學(xué)校方面要提高組織和管理活動(dòng)的有效性和針對(duì)性;最后,還需要改革傳統(tǒng)的考試制度,為教師建立促進(jìn)其專業(yè)發(fā)展的考評(píng)制度。
[Abstract]:Teachers are the main body of education and teaching activities. The situation of teachers' professional development plays an important role in promoting educational reform, popularizing new educational concepts, and improving the quality of education, and even determines the success or failure of educational undertakings. In terms of the professional development of ideological and political teachers in senior high school nowadays, there are many problems such as self-development consciousness, lack of ability and so on. Therefore, the study on the problems and countermeasures of the professional development of ideological and political teachers will help to promote the professional development of ideological and political teachers, enhance the effectiveness of ideological and political teaching, and promote the implementation of the new curriculum concept. By analyzing the current situation of professional development of high school ideological and political teachers, and summarizing the related research results at home and abroad, this paper mainly studies from four aspects. The first part mainly discusses the connotation and necessity of the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers. The second part mainly aims at the problems existing in the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers from the perspective of self-development ability. The third part is to analyze the causes of the problems from four aspects of environment, teaching and research activities, teacher evaluation system and traditional examination system, aiming at the problems found in the second part. The fourth part mainly discusses how to promote the professional development of high school ideological and political teachers. This part is mainly analyzed from three angles. Firstly, teachers should enhance their professional development consciousness and improve their self-development ability; secondly, the school should improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the organization and management activities; finally, it is necessary to improve the effectiveness and pertinence of the organization and management activities. There is also a need to reform the traditional examination system and establish a system for teachers to promote their professional development.
