無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論法在高中歷史教學(xué)中植入與價(jià)值的探析

【摘要】:在新課程改革大潮的推動(dòng)下,教學(xué)模式與時(shí)代需要之間的矛盾促使著教學(xué)內(nèi)容和教學(xué)方式的轉(zhuǎn)型,“有效教學(xué)”成為現(xiàn)代教師教學(xué)的基本目標(biāo)!镀胀ǜ咧袣v史課程標(biāo)準(zhǔn)(實(shí)驗(yàn))》,以培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)代公民必備的歷史意識(shí)、文化素質(zhì)和人文素養(yǎng)為最基本的課程理念,為新世紀(jì)高中歷史教學(xué)提供了宏觀的規(guī)范,充分體現(xiàn)了素質(zhì)教育的精神。在擴(kuò)展學(xué)生歷史知識(shí)的基礎(chǔ)上,充分發(fā)揮學(xué)生的主體性,注重學(xué)生歷史思維、歷史分析能力的培養(yǎng);注重培養(yǎng)學(xué)生歷史學(xué)習(xí)方法和增強(qiáng)學(xué)生歷史學(xué)習(xí)興趣;注重學(xué)生人文素養(yǎng)的培養(yǎng);注重素質(zhì)教學(xué),提高學(xué)生的綜合素質(zhì)便成了新課程理念下歷史教學(xué)發(fā)展的方向。在素質(zhì)教育形勢(shì)的推動(dòng)下,優(yōu)化教師教學(xué)方式,改變學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)方式具有重要的現(xiàn)實(shí)意義。歷史學(xué)科為高中學(xué)習(xí)中的傳統(tǒng)學(xué)科,過(guò)去“老師講,學(xué)生背”的低效、固化的教學(xué)方式,缺少主動(dòng)性和創(chuàng)新性,忽視了學(xué)生的思考過(guò)程,不能體現(xiàn)素質(zhì)教育的特征,不能促進(jìn)歷史課堂有效教學(xué)的實(shí)現(xiàn)。無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論作為一種高效的人力資源評(píng)價(jià)技術(shù),現(xiàn)今已被人們廣泛采用。無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論具有評(píng)價(jià)和診斷功能,既可以作為人才選拔的測(cè)評(píng)工具,又可以作為人才培訓(xùn)的診斷工具。將其作為一種教學(xué)方法,無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論能夠較好的發(fā)揮教師的主導(dǎo)作用,調(diào)動(dòng)學(xué)生的主體作用,對(duì)學(xué)生自主學(xué)習(xí)意識(shí)的實(shí)現(xiàn)和課堂吸引力的提升也有很好的促進(jìn)作用。將其運(yùn)用到高中歷史教學(xué)中,對(duì)促進(jìn)傳統(tǒng)高中歷史教學(xué)模式的改進(jìn),促進(jìn)“有效教學(xué)”的實(shí)現(xiàn)具有積極的作用。本文通過(guò)對(duì)無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論的淺析,結(jié)合高中歷史教學(xué)中的具體情況及筆者實(shí)際的教學(xué)實(shí)踐和體會(huì),較全面的研究和分析無(wú)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)小組討論這種方法植入于高中歷史教學(xué)中的原則、方法和價(jià)值。全文旨在通過(guò)理論和實(shí)踐相結(jié)合,形成一種可操作的新型教學(xué)方法,對(duì)高中一線歷史教師的教學(xué)起到積極的促進(jìn)作用。
[Abstract]:Under the impetus of the new curriculum reform, the contradiction between the teaching mode and the needs of the times urges the transformation of the teaching contents and methods, and "effective teaching" has become the basic goal of modern teachers'teaching. The most basic curriculum concept provides a macro-standard for the history teaching of senior high schools in the new century and fully embodies the spirit of quality education. Under the new curriculum concept, the development direction of history teaching is to pay attention to the cultivation of students'humanistic quality, quality teaching and the improvement of students' comprehensive quality. Disciplines, in the past, were inefficient, solidified teaching methods, lacking initiative and innovation, neglecting students'thinking process, failing to embody the characteristics of quality education, and failing to promote the realization of effective teaching in history classrooms. Leaderless group discussion can be used to evaluate and diagnose talents selection and training. As a teaching method, Leaderless group discussion can better play the leading role of teachers, mobilize students'main role, and promote students' self-learning awareness. It has a positive effect on promoting the traditional high school history teaching mode and the realization of "effective teaching". Practical teaching practice and experience, a more comprehensive study and analysis of the method of non-leading group discussion embedded in high school history teaching principles, methods and values.
