新課程下師范生生物實驗教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查研究

【摘要】:生物實驗教學(xué)是生物教學(xué)的重要組成部分,對于培養(yǎng)學(xué)生的創(chuàng)新意識、動手能力以及科學(xué)精神具有重要作用。隨著課程改革的深入,對中學(xué)生物實驗教學(xué)提出了更高、更新的要求。作為新教師培養(yǎng)源頭的高師院校,必須順應(yīng)中學(xué)生物實際教學(xué)的要求,提高師范生的生物實驗教學(xué)能力,培養(yǎng)適應(yīng)新課程要求的“新課程教師”。筆者通過文獻研究、問卷調(diào)查并結(jié)合專家訪談法等多種研究方法,在分析有關(guān)師范生實驗教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)研究理論的基礎(chǔ)上,對山東省高師院校師范生生物實驗教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)的現(xiàn)狀進行了調(diào)查和分析,根據(jù)調(diào)查結(jié)果發(fā)現(xiàn)了在師范生在實驗教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)中存在的一些問題,并針對具體問題提出了可行性的建議,以期為我國高師院校師范生生物實驗教學(xué)能力的培養(yǎng)提供借鑒和參考。本研究論文的主體共分為五個部分。第一部分:問題的提出。簡要介紹了本研究的研究背景、研究現(xiàn)狀、研究意義以及研究的思路與方法。第二部分:概述。界定了生物實驗教學(xué)能力的相關(guān)概念,探討了生物實驗教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)的理論基礎(chǔ),討論了新課程對生物實驗教學(xué)的要求,分析了在新課程背景下師范生生物實驗教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)所面臨的挑戰(zhàn)。第三部分:生物實驗教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查。主要分為兩個模塊,模塊一是對高中生物教師的調(diào)查分析,從實驗教學(xué)概況、實驗教學(xué)能力養(yǎng)成途徑、生物教師實驗教學(xué)能力自評、對師范生的建議四個方面對高中生物教師進行了調(diào)查;模塊二是對師范生的調(diào)查分析并輔以大學(xué)生物教學(xué)論教師的專家訪談,從對實驗教學(xué)的看法、師范生實驗教學(xué)能力自評及與中學(xué)教師進行對比分析、實驗教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀、對師范生培養(yǎng)的建議四個不同層面對師范生和大學(xué)教師進行了調(diào)查。對兩個模塊進行對比分析后發(fā)現(xiàn),師范生的實驗教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)存在以下問題:實驗教學(xué)觀念落后、實驗教學(xué)能力欠缺、課程設(shè)置不合理、教學(xué)內(nèi)容陳舊、教學(xué)模式落后、缺乏教學(xué)實踐、教學(xué)評價模式單一。第四部分:對師范生生物實驗教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)的建議。根據(jù)對高師院校生物實驗教學(xué)能力培養(yǎng)現(xiàn)狀的調(diào)查結(jié)果的分析,提出了以下建議:轉(zhuǎn)變師范教育觀念;完善師范課程體系;更新教育內(nèi)容;優(yōu)化教學(xué)模式;改革教學(xué)評價方式;加強教學(xué)實踐。第五部分:結(jié)論與討論。筆者通過對以上研究的總結(jié)得出本論文的結(jié)論,并分析了本研究的創(chuàng)新點和存在的不足。
[Abstract]:Biology experiment teaching is an important part of biology teaching, which plays an important role in cultivating students' creative consciousness, practical ability and scientific spirit. With the deepening of curriculum reform, higher and newer requirements have been put forward for biology experiment teaching in middle school. As the source of new teacher training, normal colleges and universities must comply with the requirements of biology teaching in middle schools, improve the ability of normal students in biological experiment teaching, and train "new curriculum teachers" to meet the requirements of the new curriculum. Based on the literature research, questionnaire survey and expert interview, the author analyzes the theory of the training of experimental teaching ability of normal school students. This paper makes an investigation and analysis on the current situation of the cultivation of the experimental teaching ability of the normal college students in Shandong Province, and finds out some problems existing in the cultivation of the experimental teaching ability of the normal college students according to the results of the investigation. In order to provide reference and reference for the cultivation of normal college students' biological experimental teaching ability in China, some feasible suggestions are put forward in view of the specific problems. The main body of this thesis is divided into five parts. The first part: the raising of the question. This paper briefly introduces the research background, research status, research significance and research ideas and methods. Part two: Overview. This paper defines the related concepts of biological experimental teaching ability, probes into the theoretical basis of the cultivation of biological experimental teaching ability, and discusses the requirements of the new curriculum for biological experimental teaching. This paper analyzes the challenges faced by the cultivation of the teaching ability of normal students in biological experiment under the background of the new curriculum. The third part: the investigation of the current situation of the cultivation of biological experiment teaching ability. It is mainly divided into two modules, one is the investigation and analysis of senior high school biology teachers, from the general situation of experimental teaching, experimental teaching ability cultivation approach, biology teachers' experimental teaching ability self-evaluation, The second part is the investigation and analysis of the normal school students and the interview with the experts of the university biology teaching theory teachers, from the perspective of experimental teaching, the author makes an investigation on the four aspects of the normal school students' suggestions, the second module is the investigation and analysis of the normal school students and the experts interview of the university biology teaching theory teachers. The self-evaluation of the experimental teaching ability of the normal school students and the comparative analysis with the middle school teachers, the present situation of the cultivation of the experimental teaching ability, and the investigation of the normal school students and the university teachers on four different levels of the normal school students' training suggestions are carried out. Through the comparative analysis of the two modules, it is found that there are the following problems in the cultivation of the experimental teaching ability of normal school students: the concept of experimental teaching is backward, the ability of experimental teaching is lacking, the curriculum is unreasonable, the teaching content is outmoded, and the teaching mode is backward. Lack of teaching practice, teaching evaluation model is single. The fourth part: the suggestion to the normal college students' biological experiment teaching ability. Based on the analysis of the results of the investigation on the current situation of the cultivation of biological experimental teaching ability in normal universities, this paper puts forward the following suggestions: changing the concept of normal education; perfecting the curriculum system of normal schools; renewing the contents of education; optimizing the teaching mode; reforming the teaching evaluation methods; Strengthen teaching practice. Part V: conclusion and discussion. By summarizing the above research, the author draws the conclusion of this paper, and analyzes the innovation and shortcomings of this study.
