【摘要】：本研究以寧波市中小學(xué)體育教師培訓(xùn)的運行機制為研究對象,綜合運用文獻(xiàn)綜述、問卷調(diào)查、專家訪談、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計、實地考察等方法。在闡明教師培訓(xùn)相關(guān)理論基礎(chǔ)上,首先對寧波市中小學(xué)體育教師培訓(xùn)的運行機制：制度、組織與領(lǐng)導(dǎo)與培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)場地、設(shè)施,課程、教材、師資、時間安排特點進行概述,然后調(diào)查與研究寧波市中小學(xué)體育教師培訓(xùn)的具體工作環(huán)節(jié)：寧波市中小學(xué)體育教師培訓(xùn)的宣傳、招生,培訓(xùn)目標(biāo)、方式、手段和培訓(xùn)考核,分析受訓(xùn)對象的年齡、教齡、學(xué)歷、性別、職稱、參加培訓(xùn)情況及其反饋等特征,分析影響因素,得出相關(guān)結(jié)論,提出整改措施,以期為寧波市教師培訓(xùn)提供參考借鑒。結(jié)論：1)寧波市中小學(xué)體育教師培訓(xùn)制度、組織及管理有待完善；2)學(xué)員方面：受訓(xùn)教師年齡、職稱分布合理,教齡不勻、學(xué)歷過低、性別失調(diào)；3)培訓(xùn)準(zhǔn)備環(huán)節(jié)：培訓(xùn)前期市場調(diào)研、宣傳不足；4)培訓(xùn)實施環(huán)節(jié)：培訓(xùn)方式、手段有待調(diào)整,目標(biāo)有待認(rèn)可；5)培訓(xùn)效果受參訓(xùn)者和培訓(xùn)機構(gòu)主客觀因素影響較大。
[Abstract]:This research takes the running mechanism of physical education teacher training in primary and middle schools in Ningbo as the research object, synthetically using the methods of literature review, questionnaire survey, expert interview, mathematical statistics, field investigation and so on. On the basis of explaining the relevant theories of teacher training, this paper first summarizes the operating mechanism of physical education teacher training in primary and secondary schools in Ningbo: system, organization and leadership and training institutions, facilities, courses, teaching materials, teachers, and the characteristics of time arrangement. Then it investigates and studies the specific work links of physical education teacher training in primary and middle schools in Ningbo: the propaganda, enrollment, training target, method, means and training assessment of physical education teacher training in primary and middle schools in Ningbo, and analyzes the age and teaching age of the trained object. Educational background, gender, professional title, participation in training and feedback characteristics, analysis of influencing factors, draw relevant conclusions, put forward corrective measures, in order to provide reference for the training of teachers in Ningbo. Conclusion: 1) the training system, organization and management of PE teachers in primary and secondary schools in Ningbo need to be improved. 2) in terms of trainees, the age of trained teachers, the distribution of professional titles, the uneven teaching years, the low academic qualifications and the gender imbalance; 3) training preparation: market research in the early stage of training, lack of propaganda 4) training implementation: training methods, means to be adjusted, objectives to be recognized 5) the training effect is greatly affected by participants and training institutions subjective and objective factors.
