農村普通高中學生學習品質的實證分析及提升研究

【摘要】:學習品質是指學生在學習過程中表現(xiàn)出的較為穩(wěn)定的態(tài)度,主要包括學習方法、學習習慣、學習能力和學習心理等。學習方法包括四個方面:學習方式、學習原則、學習手段和學習程序。學習習慣的特點有四個特性:實踐性、固化性、自動化和心理依賴。良好的學習品質不是一朝一夕就能養(yǎng)成,這需要一個長期反復的過程,要不斷強化,要符合學生的身心發(fā)展規(guī)律,要持之以恒地滲透,久而久之,良好的學習品質就會形成。但是,現(xiàn)實生活里,有很多的學生卻不同程度地存在著學習品質的欠缺。筆者采用文獻分析法、問卷調查、訪談、觀察法等研究方法,科學分析了學生學習品質養(yǎng)成的個體、家庭、學校、社會、網(wǎng)絡等多種影響因素,試圖通過我校的樣本問卷調查,客觀分析了三類高中學生學習方法、學習習慣、心理壓力等方面的客觀現(xiàn)狀,初步探討提升高中生學習品質要遵循的原則,即循序漸進、反復訓練、抓住關鍵期、家校聯(lián)合、符合時代、實際出發(fā)、面向全體、因人而異、自我教育等原則,采取具體指導、鼓勵強化、榜樣示范、指導教育、家校合作、情境創(chuàng)設、目標激勵等方法。同時,應做到學校、家長、學生等多方合作,緩解學生心理壓力;關注學習全過程,提升學生學習方法;全面培養(yǎng)和提升良好學習品質。
[Abstract]:Learning quality refers to the relatively stable attitude of students in the process of learning, mainly including learning methods, learning habits, learning ability and learning psychology. Learning methods include four aspects: learning style, learning principles, learning methods and learning procedures. The characteristics of learning habits have four characteristics: practicality, solidification, automation and psychological dependence. Good learning quality can not be nurtured overnight, it needs a long and repeated process, to be constantly strengthened, to conform to the law of students' physical and mental development, to persevere infiltration, over time, a good learning quality will be formed. However, in real life, there are many students in varying degrees of lack of learning quality. With the methods of literature analysis, questionnaire investigation, interview and observation, the author scientifically analyzes the influence factors of students' learning quality, such as individual, family, school, society, network and so on. This paper objectively analyzes the objective status quo of three kinds of high school students' learning methods, study habits, psychological pressure, and discusses the principles to be followed in improving the learning quality of high school students, that is, step by step, repeated training, grasping the key period, combining home and school, etc. In line with the times, reality, facing to all, different from others, self-education and other principles, we should adopt concrete guidance, encourage reinforcement, model demonstration, guide education, home-school cooperation, situation creation, goal motivation and so on. At the same time, schools, parents and students should cooperate in various ways to relieve the psychological pressure of students; pay attention to the whole process of learning and improve students' learning methods; cultivate and improve the good learning quality in an all-round way.
