【摘要】：正要迅速摸清危機(jī)的性質(zhì),分清危機(jī)的責(zé)任主次,穩(wěn)定當(dāng)事人情緒,遵循"內(nèi)緊外松,正面引導(dǎo)"的原則,依照法律有針對(duì)性地采取相應(yīng)策略。浙江省青田縣是著名的僑鄉(xiāng),全縣近半人口僑居海外,他們的孩子則多半留在國(guó)內(nèi),跟隨祖父母一起生活。這些孩子與自己的父母每年只能見面一到兩次,有的甚至幾年才見一次面。短暫的親子相處,根本無法滿足孩子在成長(zhǎng)過程中的親情需求。
[Abstract]:We are about to find out the nature of the crisis quickly, distinguish the primary and secondary responsibility of the crisis, stabilize the mood of the parties concerned, follow the principle of "internal and external loosening, positive guidance", and adopt corresponding strategies in accordance with the law. Qingtian County in Zhejiang Province is a famous hometown of overseas Chinese. Nearly half of the county's population lives abroad, and most of their children stay at home and live with their grandparents. These children meet only once or twice a year with their parents, and sometimes only once a few years. A brief relationship between parents and children simply can not meet the needs of the child in the process of growing up.
