【摘要】：變聲期是青春期人體聲音變化的特殊階段,是每個(gè)人成長(zhǎng)發(fā)育中必經(jīng)的一個(gè)生理過(guò)程。這一時(shí)期嗓音保護(hù)的好壞,將直接關(guān)系到學(xué)生今后唱歌發(fā)聲水平和說(shuō)話聲音的質(zhì)量。近年來(lái),隨著新課標(biāo)改革后對(duì)藝術(shù)欣賞教學(xué)板塊的增加,中小學(xué)生學(xué)習(xí)聲樂(lè)的數(shù)量呈上升趨勢(shì)。從生理發(fā)育特點(diǎn)來(lái)看,男生的變聲期一般在12-15歲,女生的變聲期一般在11-13歲,持續(xù)時(shí)間平均都在一年左右。因此,中小學(xué)生變聲期歌唱訓(xùn)練與嗓音的保護(hù)就顯得尤為重要。從對(duì)中小學(xué)生變聲期的生理和心理變化特點(diǎn)來(lái)看,處于這一時(shí)期的中小學(xué)生各方面發(fā)育都是比較脆弱的,當(dāng)進(jìn)行歌唱訓(xùn)練的時(shí)候先要有一套科學(xué)的訓(xùn)練方法,然后,歌唱訓(xùn)練中嗓音的保護(hù)也是必不可少的。長(zhǎng)期以來(lái),越來(lái)越多的老師、家長(zhǎng)開始關(guān)注在變聲期間,到底能不能進(jìn)行聲樂(lè)訓(xùn)練,訓(xùn)練的同時(shí)該以什么樣的方法最為合適,又該對(duì)變聲期的嗓音采取什么樣的保護(hù)措施。本課題的研究,目的在于通過(guò)將歌唱訓(xùn)練與嗓音保健相結(jié)合的辦法,讓中小學(xué)生變聲期的嗓音狀況得到更好的發(fā)展,從而對(duì)聲樂(lè)人才的選拔和培養(yǎng)奠定堅(jiān)實(shí)的基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:Changing sound period is a special stage of puberty human voice change, and it is a necessary physiological process in everyone's growth and development. The quality of voice protection in this period is directly related to the students' singing and speaking quality. In recent years, with the increase of teaching plate of art appreciation after the new curriculum reform, the number of students learning vocal music is on the rise. According to the characteristics of physiological development, the changing sound period of boys is 12-15 years old, and that of girls is 11-13 years old, and the mean duration is about one year. Therefore, the primary and secondary school students singing training and voice protection is particularly important. Judging from the characteristics of physiological and psychological changes in the changing period of primary and middle school students, all aspects of development of primary and middle school students in this period are relatively fragile. When conducting singing training, we must first have a set of scientific training methods, and then, The protection of the voice in singing training is also essential. For a long time, more and more teachers and parents have begun to pay attention to whether vocal music training can be carried out during the period of change of voice, and what methods should be used to train and what protection measures should be taken to the voice in the period of changing sound at the same time. The purpose of this research is to combine singing training with voice health care, so that the voice status of primary and middle school students can be better developed, so as to lay a solid foundation for the selection and training of vocal music talents.
