【摘要】：本文以江西省中小學(xué)啦啦操開展現(xiàn)狀為研究對象,并將參加2014年全國啦啦操錦標賽(江西賽區(qū))的20所江西省中小學(xué)的啦啦啦操教練員、參賽隊員作為調(diào)研對象,通過文獻資料法、問卷調(diào)查法、專家訪談法、數(shù)理統(tǒng)計法、邏輯分析法等研究方法,對江西省中小學(xué)啦啦操運動的開展現(xiàn)狀進行分析,并找出影響江西省中小學(xué)啦啦操運動開展的主要因素,同時提出相應(yīng)的對策。研究結(jié)果如下：1.江西省中小學(xué)啦啦操運動的教練員大多是女性,性別比例不平衡；教練員隊伍較為年輕且執(zhí)教年限較短,缺乏一定的帶隊經(jīng)驗；大部分教練員為本科學(xué)歷及小學(xué)一級和中學(xué)二級職稱,多為健美操專業(yè),對啦啦操的專業(yè)知識缺乏,而且培訓(xùn)機會較少。2.江西省中小學(xué)啦啦操的參賽隊員性別方面與教練員情況相似,女生占到大多數(shù)；由于學(xué)習(xí)升學(xué)壓力小,參賽隊員年齡集中10-15歲的中小學(xué)生；隊員參賽動機主要是對啦啦操的熱愛,但是由于訓(xùn)練年限及訓(xùn)練時間短,參賽次數(shù)少,導(dǎo)致隊員的整體運動水平都不夠高。3.江西省中小學(xué)啦啦操隊伍的訓(xùn)練內(nèi)容主要是套用健美操的訓(xùn)練及方法,訓(xùn)練計劃也以短期訓(xùn)練為主,普遍為賽前臨時組隊集訓(xùn),缺乏長期有計劃的訓(xùn)練；訓(xùn)練的場地大多數(shù)是與其他體育項目公用的綜合性場地,沒有專業(yè)的訓(xùn)練場地及配套設(shè)施。4.影響江西省中小學(xué)啦啦操運動發(fā)的主要原因是啦啦操師資力量的薄弱、啦啦操教學(xué)和訓(xùn)練場地設(shè)施缺乏、學(xué)校和老師了解啦啦操的資源和渠道少、學(xué)校推廣支持力度不夠、教學(xué)比賽及成果展示平臺少。這些因素直接影響著江西省中小學(xué)啦啦操運動的開展和普及。5.江西省中小學(xué)啦啦操運動開展措施：在師資隊伍建設(shè)方面,采用校園招聘和培訓(xùn)來解決；在場地設(shè)施方面,需要學(xué)校和教育部門的不斷投入才能解決；在增加教學(xué)資源獲取渠道方面,建議利用新型媒介、建設(shè)在線啦啦操資源網(wǎng)站、加強與國內(nèi)外知名啦啦操團隊交流；在提升學(xué)校領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對啦啦操項目的重視程度方面,要求統(tǒng)一中小學(xué)領(lǐng)導(dǎo)對啦啦操的認識、加大對學(xué)校的考核力度、加大對學(xué)校的巡查力度；在搭建賽事展示平臺方面,要加大宣傳力度獲得更多的賽事展示平臺、做好常規(guī)啦啦操比賽的組織活動、搭建校內(nèi)啦啦操比賽展示平臺、搭建鄰校啦啦操比賽展示平臺、搭建校外商業(yè)賽事平臺；將啦啦操運動作為一門選修課納入到中小學(xué)體育教學(xué)課程中去。
[Abstract]:This article takes the present situation of the primary and secondary school cheerleading in Jiangxi Province as the research object, and will take the coaches of 20 primary and middle schools in Jiangxi Province who participated in the 2014 National Championships (Jiangxi Competition District) as the research objects. Through the methods of literature, questionnaire, expert interview, mathematical statistics, logic analysis and other research methods, this paper analyzes the present situation of the development of cheerleading in primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province. And find out the main factors that affect the development of primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province, and put forward the corresponding countermeasures. The results are as follows: 1. The coaches of primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province are mostly female, the gender ratio is not balanced, the coaches are young and the teaching years are short, and they lack the experience of leading the team. Most coaches are undergraduate degree and primary school and secondary school title, mostly aerobics major, the lack of professional knowledge of cheerleading, and less training opportunities. 2. In Jiangxi Province, the gender of the participants is similar to that of the coaches, female students account for the majority, and because of the low pressure of study and promotion, the participants are concentrated in primary and middle school students aged 10-15 years. The motivation of the players is mainly to the love of cheerleading, but due to the short training years and training time, the number of entries is less, resulting in the overall sports level of the players are not high enough. 3. The training content of the elementary and middle school cheerleading team in Jiangxi Province is mainly applying the training and method of calisthenics, and the training plan is mainly short-term training, which is generally organized for the temporary training before the competition, and lacks long-term planned training. Most of the training venues are comprehensive venues shared with other sports items, and there are no professional training sites and supporting facilities. 4. The main reasons that affect the development of the primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province are the weakness of the teaching staff, the lack of facilities in the teaching and training venues for the cheerleading, the lack of resources and channels for the schools and teachers to understand the cheerleading, and the lack of support for the promotion of the schools. The teaching competition and the achievement display platform are few. These factors directly affect the development and popularization of primary and secondary schools in Jiangxi Province. Jiangxi Province primary and secondary schools to carry out the measures: in the construction of teachers, the use of campus recruitment and training to solve, in the field of facilities, schools and education departments need constant input to solve; In terms of increasing access to teaching resources, it is suggested that new media should be used to build a website of online cheerleading resources, to strengthen exchanges with well-known cheerleading teams at home and abroad, and to enhance the importance attached by school leaders to cheerleading projects. It is required that the leaders of primary and secondary schools should unify their understanding of cheerleading, increase their assessment of schools, and step up their inspections of schools. In the area of building exhibition platforms for matches, they should step up publicity efforts to obtain more exhibition platforms for the events. Do a good job in the organization of the regular cheerleading competition, build the show platform of the school cheerleading competition, build the adjacent school cheerleading competition display platform, build the off-campus business competition platform; As an optional course, it will be included in the physical education curriculum of primary and secondary schools.
