【摘要】：研究以西北三省17所農(nóng)村初中學(xué)校的153名語文教師為樣本,對(duì)語文教師課前、課中、課后助學(xué)系統(tǒng)的使用進(jìn)行專題調(diào)查。研究發(fā)現(xiàn):教師對(duì)助學(xué)系統(tǒng)具體內(nèi)容的認(rèn)識(shí)與熟悉程度不夠,對(duì)助學(xué)系統(tǒng)中附錄與插圖的使用存在差異性,對(duì)助學(xué)系統(tǒng)的使用調(diào)適有余而創(chuàng)生不足,課堂中對(duì)學(xué)生助學(xué)系統(tǒng)的使用引導(dǎo)不夠,課后對(duì)助學(xué)系統(tǒng)反思內(nèi)容、方式較為單一。究其原因,農(nóng)村學(xué)校升學(xué)取向的課程定位、語文課程制度的缺失、教師專業(yè)素養(yǎng)的局限、教科書助學(xué)系統(tǒng)編制的缺漏等,成為制約教科書助學(xué)系統(tǒng)有效使用的主要因素。因此,需要建立語文課程優(yōu)化機(jī)制,建設(shè)農(nóng)村教師教科書研究的專業(yè)共同體,提升農(nóng)村教師教科書使用分析方法和評(píng)判意識(shí),改進(jìn)教科書助學(xué)系統(tǒng)編制,助力教師教科書研究與使用的專業(yè)性。
[Abstract]:Taking 153 Chinese teachers from 17 rural junior middle schools in the three northwest provinces as a sample, a special investigation was carried out on the use of pre-class, in-class and after-school support system for Chinese teachers. It is found that teachers' understanding and familiarity with the specific contents of the aid system is not enough, the use of appendices and illustrations in the aid system is different, and the use of the aid system is more than suitable for creation. There is not enough guidance in the use of student aid system in class, and there is a single way to reflect on the system after class. The main factors that restrict the effective use of textbook aid system are the curriculum orientation of rural schools, the lack of Chinese curriculum system, the limitation of teachers' professional accomplishment and the lack of compilation of textbook aid system. Therefore, it is necessary to establish the optimization mechanism of Chinese curriculum, to build a professional community of rural teachers' textbook research, to enhance the analysis method and evaluation consciousness of rural teachers' textbook use, and to improve the compilation of textbook aid system. To assist teachers in the research and use of textbooks in a professional manner.
