【摘要】：目的了解廣州市城區(qū)中學(xué)生二手煙暴露現(xiàn)狀及其影響因素,為制定有效的校園控?zé)煵呗蕴峁┛茖W(xué)依據(jù)。方法采用多階段分層整群抽樣方法,在廣州市越秀區(qū)抽取7所學(xué)校的3 575名非吸煙中學(xué)生進(jìn)行二手煙暴露情況問卷調(diào)查。結(jié)果中學(xué)生二手煙暴露率為59.7%,其中公共場(chǎng)所、家里、學(xué)校二手煙暴露率分別為49.5%,34.5%,10.7%。多因素Logistic回歸分析顯示,家里二手煙暴露的影響因素有父親吸煙、好朋友吸煙、同學(xué)吸煙和家里控?zé)熐闆r;學(xué)校二手煙暴露的影響因素有性別、同學(xué)吸煙、教師吸煙和好朋友吸煙;公共場(chǎng)所二手煙暴露的影響因素有性別、每月零花錢、父親吸煙、好朋友吸煙、同學(xué)吸煙(P值均0.05)。結(jié)論公共場(chǎng)所和家里是廣州市城區(qū)中學(xué)生二手煙暴露的重點(diǎn)場(chǎng)所,周圍人群吸煙是二手煙暴露的危險(xiǎn)因素,家里完全禁煙是有效降低二手煙暴露的關(guān)鍵措施。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the current situation and influencing factors of secondhand smoke exposure among middle school students in Guangzhou City, and to provide scientific basis for effective campus smoking control strategy. Methods 3 575 non-smoking middle school students from 7 schools in Yuexiu District of Guangzhou were investigated with second-hand smoke exposure by multi-stage stratified cluster sampling. Results the exposure rate of secondhand smoke in middle school students was 59.7%, among which the rate of secondhand smoke exposure in public places, at home and in schools was 49.534. 5% and 10.7% respectively. Multivariate logistic regression analysis showed that the influencing factors of secondhand smoke exposure were father smoking, good friend smoking, schoolmate smoking and smoking control at home. The influencing factors of secondhand smoke exposure in public places were gender, monthly pocket money, father smoking, good friends smoking and classmates smoking (P < 0.05). Conclusion Public places and homes are the key places for secondary school students to be exposed to secondhand smoke. Smoking in the surrounding population is the risk factor of secondhand smoke exposure. Complete prohibition of smoking at home is the key measure to effectively reduce second-hand smoke exposure.
