【摘要】：目的了解大連市中小學(xué)生回答某全國慢性病調(diào)查問卷多選題的質(zhì)量,探討保障問卷調(diào)查質(zhì)量的措施。方法2014年10月對4個多選題,抽查大連市249名中小學(xué)生重新回答,進行前后比較。結(jié)果多選題"同學(xué)不積極參加體育活動的原因"復(fù)測結(jié)果為"基本一致"的占77.51%、為"相差不大"的占9.64%、為"相差較大"的占12.85%;多選題"喜歡參加的體育項目"復(fù)測結(jié)果為"基本一致"的占81.53%、為"相差不大"的占7.23%、為"相差較大"的占11.24%;多選題"同學(xué)不喜歡參加長跑的原因"復(fù)測結(jié)果為"基本一致"的占84.74%、為"相差不大"的占9.24%、為"相差較大"的占6.02%;多選題"周末的安排"復(fù)測結(jié)果為"基本一致"的占87.55%、為"相差不大"的占8.43%、為"相差較大"的占4.02%。4個題目,小學(xué)高年級學(xué)生、初中生、高中生間,"基本一致"構(gòu)成比的差異無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05);各人群內(nèi)再細分男、女,差異也均無統(tǒng)計學(xué)意義(P0.05)。結(jié)論選項較容易的多選題,符合率約85%;選項較難的,符合率約80%。3個學(xué)段之間通常沒有明顯差異;男女之間沒有差異。
[Abstract]:Objective to investigate the quality of multiple topics in answering a national chronic disease questionnaire by primary and middle school students in Dalian, and to explore the measures to ensure the quality of the questionnaire. Methods in October 2014, 249 primary and middle school students in Dalian were selected and compared with each other. Results the multiple topics "reasons why students do not actively participate in sports activities" accounted for 77.51%, 9.64% and 12.85% for "basically consistent", 9.64% and 12.85% for "similar" subjects, and 12.85% for "sports events that like to participate", respectively. The results of the test were "basically consistent" in 81.53, "difference" in 7.23, "big difference" in 11.240.Multi-topic "reasons for students not like to participate in long-distance running" accounted for 84.74% of the repeated results, and "the difference was not significant". "9.24%, 6.02% for" big difference "; 87.55% for multiple topics" arrangement for the weekend "; 8.43% for" difference "; 4.02.4 questions for" big difference "," arrangement for the weekend, "87.55%, 8.43% for" little difference ", and 4.02.4 for" big difference ". There was no significant difference in the composition ratio of "basically consistent" among senior primary school students, junior high school students and high school students (P0.05); the subdivision of male and female in each group had no statistical significance (P0.05). Conclusion the coincidence rate is about 85 for the more easily selected subjects, and there is usually no significant difference between the 80 and 3 academic sections in the difficult ones, and there is no difference between the male and the female.
