【摘要】：德育工作是學(xué)校工作的重要組成部分,學(xué)校德育工作樹(shù)立明確指導(dǎo)思想,形成完整體系,加強(qiáng)德育課程化建設(shè),是諸多學(xué)校一直以來(lái)亟待解決的難題.本文重點(diǎn)研究德育中的特點(diǎn)規(guī)律,通過(guò)整合分類(lèi),把德育專(zhuān)題整合為目標(biāo)育人、勵(lì)志育人、習(xí)慣育人三大專(zhuān)題,著眼于在實(shí)踐層面通過(guò)"以心育心",進(jìn)而達(dá)到德育和教育教學(xué)的實(shí)質(zhì)性融合,整合出切實(shí)可行的路徑與方法,實(shí)現(xiàn)全員、全程、全方位的完成學(xué)生健全人格的培養(yǎng).
[Abstract]:Moral education is an important part of school work. It is a difficult problem for many schools to set up a clear guiding ideology, form a complete system and strengthen the curriculum construction of moral education. This paper focuses on the characteristics of moral education, through the integration of classification, the integration of moral education as a goal to educate people, inspirational education, habit education three major topics, In order to achieve the substantial integration of moral education and teaching, to integrate the practical ways and methods to realize the cultivation of the students' sound personality in the whole process and in all directions through "cultivating the mind with the mind" in the practical level, so as to achieve the substantial integration of the moral education and the teaching of education.
