【摘要】：對2011—2016年人大復(fù)印報刊資料《中小學(xué)學(xué)校管理》轉(zhuǎn)載論文進行統(tǒng)計分析,發(fā)現(xiàn)近六年來我國基礎(chǔ)教育管理研究呈現(xiàn)出以下特點:刊發(fā)論文的報刊多,但高質(zhì)量的論文主要集中在少數(shù)核心期刊上;作者分布比較分散,核心作者數(shù)量較少;無論是論文數(shù)量還是質(zhì)量,東部地區(qū)和高校均占有明顯優(yōu)勢;基金項目論文、作者合作論文的質(zhì)量普遍較高,但比例偏小;"學(xué)校有效管理與改進"最受關(guān)注,"管理體制"論文增幅比例最大,"督導(dǎo)與評估"論文增速最快,"教育領(lǐng)導(dǎo)"的論文比例逐年遞減。梳理近六年來的研究熱點,并在此基礎(chǔ)上提出開展中小學(xué)教科研的三點建議:在研究主體上,要重視中小學(xué)教師科研能力的提升;在研究形式上,要重視以項目研究推進基礎(chǔ)教育管理研究;在研究主題上,要重視教育政策熱點和實踐難點的研究。
[Abstract]:Based on the statistical analysis of the reprinted papers published by the people's Congress in 2011-2016, it is found that in the past six years, the research on the management of basic education in China has the following characteristics: there are many newspapers and periodicals publishing papers, But the high-quality papers are mainly concentrated in a few core journals; the distribution of the authors is scattered, the number of core authors is less; whether the number of papers or the quality of papers, the eastern region and universities have obvious advantages. The quality of the author's cooperative paper is generally high, but the proportion is small, "effective school management and improvement" is the most concerned, "management system" is the largest proportion, "supervision and evaluation" paper is the fastest growth rate, and the proportion of "educational leadership" is decreasing year by year. Combing the research hot spots in the past six years, and on the basis of this, three suggestions are put forward to carry out scientific research in primary and secondary schools: in the research subject, we should attach importance to the improvement of the scientific research ability of the primary and middle school teachers, and in the form of the research, We should attach importance to the research of basic education management with project research, and pay attention to the research of hot spots and practical difficulties of educational policy on the subject of research.
