【摘要】:隨著改革開放的不斷深入和城鎮(zhèn)化進(jìn)程的加快,教育總體的迅猛發(fā)展和不同區(qū)域的發(fā)展不均衡表現(xiàn)均十分突出,處于城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部的學(xué)校對(duì)于呈現(xiàn)這一教育發(fā)展態(tài)勢(shì)具有十分典型的意義。包括招生、學(xué)習(xí)習(xí)慣、行為、心理健康以及家庭、社會(huì)等多方面等直接影響著學(xué)生的健康成長(zhǎng)的諸多問題都在城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部學(xué)生群體有突出的體現(xiàn)。研究過程中分別采用了文獻(xiàn)研究、問卷調(diào)查以及訪談、案例分析等方法,分析產(chǎn)生這些問題城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部學(xué)生問題和管理問題的內(nèi)外原因以及主客觀原因,通過對(duì)國(guó)內(nèi)外關(guān)于學(xué)生管理方面的理論分析,總結(jié)經(jīng)驗(yàn),結(jié)合實(shí)際,為城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部中學(xué)生的教育與管理提出了科學(xué)有效的對(duì)策建議,探索出“三適教育新論”(適合學(xué)生、適合學(xué)校、適合社會(huì)),使學(xué)校教育教學(xué)步入新的發(fā)展軌道。通過對(duì)城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部X中學(xué)學(xué)生問題及相關(guān)管理策略研究,本文認(rèn)為,城鄉(xiāng)結(jié)合部中學(xué)生管理亟待加強(qiáng),必須本著“以人為本”的管理理念,積極協(xié)調(diào)家庭、社會(huì)力量,將學(xué)校、家庭、社會(huì)三者形成一種合力,建立一種立體式、多渠道、多元化的管理機(jī)制,為促進(jìn)學(xué)生身心健康成長(zhǎng),為學(xué)校科學(xué)、規(guī)范、人文管理奠定基礎(chǔ)。
[Abstract]:With the deepening of reform and opening up and the acceleration of urbanization, the rapid development of education as a whole and the uneven development of different regions are very prominent. Schools in urban and rural areas have a typical significance for the development of this education. Including enrollment, study habits, behavior, mental health, family, society and other aspects of direct impact on the healthy growth of students in urban and rural areas of the student groups have prominent embodiment. In the course of the research, we use the methods of literature research, questionnaire investigation, interview, case analysis and so on to analyze the internal and external causes and subjective and objective causes of the students' problems and management problems in the urban-rural areas. Through theoretical analysis of students' management at home and abroad, summing up experience and combining with practice, this paper puts forward scientific and effective countermeasures and suggestions for the education and management of middle school students in urban and rural areas, and explores a new theory of "three suitable education" (suitable for students). Suitable for schools, suitable for society, so that school education and teaching into a new track of development. Based on the study of the problems of students in X middle school and the related management strategies, this paper holds that the management of middle school students in the urban and rural areas is in urgent need of strengthening, and must be based on the "people-oriented" management concept, actively coordinate the family, social forces, the school, Family and society form a joint force to establish a three-dimensional, multi-channel, diversified management mechanism, for promoting the growth of students' physical and mental health, for the school science, norms, humanistic management laid the foundation.
